Simple to use gui, capability to ingest data from multiple discovery tools and then deduce as well as normalise data for use in report and dashboard production. It's very nice device to use. Comprehension is very simple and preloaded reports are a great idea. Even having several reports already preloaded makes it easy for the consumer to find what they are searching for. I love how easy it is to integrate their data into our Technology Reference model framework.

The time it takes to get gap-fill requests completed and then visible is a little lengthy. There also aren't very many of our industry-specific technologies/apps listed (i.e. AASHTOWare). If there were a way to incorporate these in the global service offering for this industry it would save users the trouble of traversings the tech vendors' sites and manually massaging that data to fit in our catalogs.
