App Annie is a great tool to check all the stats regarding your app. Their information is free and accurate and it has a lot of different metrics regarding the performance of your app or even your advertisement. Sometimes gets glitchy. Last week we had an issue where we'd get emails with Amazon sales figures but the website wouldn't show those same figures. (Note that in general Amazon sales figures are glitchy as hell on their side though.) On rare occasions App Annie fails to update for a long time after sales figures are available.
