Connecting to the app store and google play store wasn't necessarily easy. The platform doesn't offer customization for the chart line colors, which would be more convenient if one could personalize them according to each competitor's brand identity. First of all, I love SensorTower and happy to use this product. Of course,like every product, this product has its shortcomings, but as long as you reach users and get feedback, you are likely to improve yourself. So, thanks for reaching users. My thoughts are like that; First of all, SensorTower can be reached directly to users for efficient use of the updated product, for example, by arranging a short webinar, the user experience can be improved.The advantages of using the product related to specific areas should be presented to the users, for example, what are the issues that match-3 game studio pay attention to when analyzing the market or how people in different titles use this product etc. It would be useful to see the effect of application updates on downloads and revues in a short and concise way. We saw that the SoV and network data on the creative side are not healthy, some parts are wrong and missing (we checked our products), I think this should be improved. It would be nice to be notified and visible when applications and games are transferred to another account. it's a great tool to understand the overall market landscape and performance dynamics. You can review the data on the competitors, track their advertising camapigns. It doesn't allow to change to color of lines on the charts. It could've been way eaier if I could set my own colors for each competitor that associaties with its brand color. SensorTower is always iterating their tools, products & filtering according to the needs of their customers. Those iterations provide significant impact practically. The biggest upside is the support, reports and analysis they are providing to us. Personally, SensorTower's visual side is not my favourite tool out there. It isn't really affecting the functionality but I think there are room for improvement visually.

As an additional side, I would rather work with a full set of products without having to decide drop-off which products to reduce the cost.
