What do you like best about D4H?

D4H allowed us to easily and simply digitise our incident management process with easy to use forms, reporting and online and up to date access!

What do you dislike about D4H?

As with any platform, there is a learning curve with implementation but once over that it's very user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is D4H solving and how is that benefiting you?

D4H allows us to manage an incident as small as a injured hiker with three people up to a multi-day missing person search with up to 50 or more people involved.

What do you like best about D4H?

It is such an easy and customizable program to use, and the staff at D4H is super hands on to help walk yo uthrough any of the qustions that you have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about D4H?

I dont really see downsides. I think that being able to discuss requests for new features, and how D4H staff listens to those requests, fill the gaps very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about D4H?

The implementation is super easy, and their customer support team ensures that the customer has no problems while implementing. The vast variety of features it has really impressed our teams. It has customiable forms, status boards and custom work flows. We use the features like incident management, regulatory surveys and safety meetings quite often. What do you like best about D4H?

Inventory tracking and event scheduleing are top-notch. The Incident Management module offered a highly customizable interface for managing field missions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about D4H?

The integration between the Personnel module and Incident Managemen seems a bit lacking. I would like if there was a way to see the credentials that are tracked in personnel on the Incident Management side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

D4H allowed us to properly establish and manage a full inventory of our equipment. We're saving significant time managing events and personnel credentials. Incident Management gave us the ability to track and disseminate mission response information in a real-time collaborative enviromnet, where we were typically using paper forms and spreadsheets over a much longer process.
