D4H allows our team to do so many of the required tasks an organization like ours requires... from team rosters, tracking qualifications and availability, tracking equipment and maintenance. We can create reports on incidents, training, team member hours, etc. I also like how we can manage our equipment inventory, schedule inspections/maintenance on those items, mark them as Out of Service if necessary, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tool is quite simple to use and learn, but with simplicity comes some of the downsides that could easily be improved. In the text fields for trainings/incidents, it is plain text only, they don't allow any HTML or Markdown editing, no bullet lists, bold text, links, text formatting, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It took very little to get my team up and running in D4H. With only a couple hours of work I had our personnel imported into the system using the D4H import tool, and had our basic training and incident reports up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the apps allowed for more. The ability to take attendance at a training event, or start an incident report would be beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Super fast customer support when needed. Easy to manage and allows appropriate user levels for needs. Good UI and APP options for users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometime suggestions are taken on and said will add to list, but slow progress to see updates on these. Would be good for more customisation options both within reports and oncall reporting as well as completing drafts for those who didnt respond to events having to be manually updated on each individual event. This is a platform that is largely intuitive and can be used ranging from very basic ways to very complex ways depending on the need. The cost to benefit ratio for this one is off the charts. I have not seen other solutions in this space that can do this much, keep it easy to use and keep it at this price point. I question if any are doing it this well at any price point. Every person I have interacted with at D4H has been great. They are easy to work with, passionate about the solution and those it serves, and take feedback seriously. I always want more from software we use. Nothing is perfect and software is never "done". While there are odds and ends features that aren't there today that I want to see, it's positive that D4H listens and that new things are rolling out all the time. I honestly can't say anything rises to the level of "dislike". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At our healthcare system, we couldn't be more impressed with D4H Incident Management Suite. From the very beginning, the implementation process was seamless, thanks to their immaculate customer service. The team's expertise ensured that our transition to the platform was smooth and efficient, exceeding our expectations every step of the way.
One of the standout features of D4H is the remarkable customizability of the software. Whether it's adjusting forms, updating status boards, or creating custom workflows, the ability to make real-time changes on the fly has been a game-changer for our operations. Despite its powerful features, the platform is incredibly easy to pick up, even for new staff who have never used an online-based incident management or critical event suite before. Training time has been minimal, and the intuitive interface allows team members to dive right into managing incidents with confidence.
Beyond its primary use in incident management, our staff has been thrilled with the suite's versatility. We've repurposed it for regulatory surveys, safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with state high reliability organization standards in healthcare. The flexibility D4H offers makes it a valuable tool across multiple aspects of our operations.
Overall, we couldn't be happier with the D4H Incident Management Suite. It's become an indispensable part of our workflow, improving our incident management capabilities while also enhancing our broader organizational processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While our experience with D4H Incident Management Suite has been overwhelmingly positive, there are a few minor areas that could be improved. That said, it's worth noting that most of the suggestions or changes we've proposed have already been acknowledged by the D4H team and are either in their development workflow or slated for future updates. Their responsiveness to feedback is truly commendable.
For the few features we need immediately, we’ve managed to find effective workarounds, but it would be ideal to have these built into the system natively. The team has been proactive in providing solutions and ensuring that our needs are met while we await the updates.
Overall, these are small considerations in the grand scheme of things, and we appreciate the fact that D4H continually evolves and adapts to user feedback. We’re confident that the platform will continue to improve in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the things I find most important for us, is the ease of updating a specific incident/event to capture and report out different information, based on the needs of the Incident Commander or AHJ. Having local access to update that on the fly is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Security settings on the Team Manager product are generic and are not able to be customizable based on a users position. This is a security feature we have requested and told it is being worked on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Categorization of inventory is helpful and the program is easy to use. Customer service is excellent. Support is fast and responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You must teach other users to actually use the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's functionality fits our command centre operational routine - the tools are fit for purpose.
It's simplicity means very little down-time required to train our staff; and easy to keep pace with the demands of the emergency (we've used it in a minor flood event, a business continuity incident and for COVID-19).
Critically, it provides excellent situational awareness and common operating picture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing in the D4H Incident Management product that we dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about this software is, how it simplifies real-time coordination during emergencies. It has the ability to track incidents and monitor equipment in one place. Really helps in keeping everything organized and efficient. Also, we love its user-friendly interface as it makes it easy for everyone to stay connected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing that I dislike about D4H is that some of its advanced features still have a bit of learning curve. It takes time to fully grasp everything, especially for the new users who are not tech savy like me. Also the dependency on internet connectivity sometime becomes an issue, specially in remote areas. Once integrated, D4H allows for "on-the-fly" usage at the times you need them most. GP helped to ensure that we had built out the product in a robust manner so that we can use it more efficiently later. The up-front work spent in implementing the product will pay dividends later to allow for ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There were no modules that the Township found to be problematic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've had the opportunity to use D4H Incident Management for our organization's emergency response needs, and I can confidently say it's been a game-changer.
From the start, the user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple for our team to get up to speed quickly. The comprehensive features allow us to manage incidents effectively—from real-time situation reporting to detailed resource tracking. The ability to customize forms and workflows tailored to our specific needs has streamlined our processes significantly.
One of the standout features is the seamless integration with other tools we already use such as GIS layers. This has helped us centralize our operations and improve communication across teams. The mobile app is also useful enabling our responders to access critical information and report incidents on the go.
Moreover, the support from the D4H team has been exceptional. They are always ready to assist with any questions and provide training resources that have been incredibly helpful.
Overall, D4H Incident Management has enhanced our incident response capabilities and given us peace of mind knowing we have a reliable system in place. I highly recommend it to any organization looking to improve their emergency management processes! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One feature which I hear in in the pipeline is to have "Public Surveys" Once that get release it will be the perfect software, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
