The platform is user-friendly, simple, and scalable. It has threat detection coverage that abuses the brand and has sophisticated countermeasures adapted to the times. The support is very efficient and immediate attention is received from a dedicated analyst. It is important to highlight that its implementation is immediate since it is web-based and only requires access, and of course, it has the appropriate authentication mechanisms for optimal security. The UI has had a great refresh and it's easy to find what you are looking for quickly. There is a Jira integration we use to integrate with our IR queues which makes tracking alerts much easier for our team. The new Malware Intel module is very handy for analysts and threat researchers. Lastly, the customer support is great to work with and their analysts are very responsive with helping analyze new alerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Cyberint, a Check Point Company?
