What do you like best about CXInfinity?

What I consider I like best about CXInfinity is how comprehensive the software is. It has been developed with several features for multi-channel customer engagement. The platform very user friendly and very easy to navigate on our daily basis. At least my previous experience. It makes everything very simple to manage. all interactions across various channels. The seamless integration we can get with other softwares enhances worflow efficiency, and the responsive Customer Support that we can get ensures that any issues are quickly addressed. On top of that, the very well desgined analytics and reporting tools provide valuable insights so we can give the right solutions to our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CXInfinity?

What might be lest helpful about CXInfinity is that sometimes we use to experience some performance issues during peaks usage times. Not really sure if in the lates updates it was resolved but that's what I disliked about before. This is very relevant because it leads to slow response times. Something else that might not be that important is the learning curve, since there are some advance features that might require an extra effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CXInfinity solving and how is that benefiting you?

When I used it before it helped a lot to solve issues like managing customer interactions across multiple channels. It was well designed to centralize the communication in just 1 platform. I helped a lot to provide a seamless and efficient handling of the customers inquiries, that way we were able to improve the time response and the overall customer satisfaction. Initial process and integration process of Cxinfinity is quite complex and time consumable, especially if the system has existing setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cxinfinity is very good in solving the problem of communication between the buisness and their customers, this is the huge benefit for any kind of buisness to interact with their customers no matter wherever they are.
