What do you like best about CVideo?

I find that this asynchronous interview mode of CVideo is just great to quickly shortlist initial candidates. I can schedule video interviews with candidates and ask them questions ahead of time so the candidate can record their answers at will. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CVideo?

CVideo does not support capabilities for live video interviews. When there is no live video available, I am forced to use an entirely different medium to have these critical engagements, which disrupts the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CVideo solving and how is that benefiting you?

CVideo has made my first stage of selection of candidates more effective. Through this elimination of the phone interviews, I can easily review a larger caliber of applicants so as to identify who deserves extra attention is easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CVideo misss the mark on the ability to coordinate live video interviews. I wouldn't have the choice to effectively evaluate a contender's collaboration or ability to think and respond rapidly through a pre-recorded plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
