Sebastian, thank you for your review. Let me refer to your remark regarding the heatmaps.

Our heatmaps are pixel-perfect, so they *must* also show clicks where there are no buttons. These "in-air" clicks tell you about the places your visitors are clicking: perhaps they expect links to appear in those places, try to highlight text or some page element is not loading correctly. CUX heatmaps show you the most valuable things that happen on your website so that you can spot the missed opportunities for conversion increase. On our heatmaps, you'll see:

– Where people click

– Where they don’t click (but were supposed to click)

– Whether people click on things that aren’t links

– Are visitors clicking out of anger or frustration

If you want to inspect only clicks on clickable elements, take a look at link maps (Heatmaps -> Event: link).

What do you like best about cux.io?

In my opinion, it's a very useful tool to see the users' behaviour in a quick and effective way. I really like the possibility of filtering the recordings by the type of behavior.

Having the ability to watch session recordings of each user and grouped heat maps is awesome! You can truly see the visitor's behaviour, create segments, groups of similar activities, spot patterns - essential knowledge in the world of digital marketing to improve your business results. What do you like best about cux.io?

Firstly, I really like that there are tutorials prepared for all the new users so you just don't click around hoping that things might work.

My favourite part was the recordings that have us a lot of insights. The other thing that helped us the most to discover pain points on our site was the function of recognising rage clicks.

What do you like best about cux.io?

What distinguishes CUX from other tools dealing with behavior analysis is the fact that all events are auto-captured - there's no real need to involve the IT department (and we know how troublesome it may sometimes be ;)), everything happens in a very intuitive way.

A game-changer feature is the ability to focus the analysis on a specific business goal, thanks to which you do not waste time going through the meaningless data to find the right solutions for your business.

Automating the collection of information about user experiences and presenting them in the form of Experience Metrics is a total breakthrough! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about cux.io?
