We’re in a really competitive space where outbound outreach and advertising are critical. Unfortunately figuring out and capturing the right people has always been a challenge.
Customers.ai has been perfect for helping us solve that. We can see who’s coming to the site, which pages they visited, which emails they opened, and which ads they clicked on. Customers.ai is able to easily extract lead information in a way I did not know possible. It is easy to use, has incredible email open rates and is just so easy to get on the site and use. I like that Customers.ai has made it a lot easier for our sales and marketing teams to work together on leads and prospecting. The customer journey data and intelligence tools are really helpful for figuring out who we should focus on and how to approach them. What I like best is that instead of just handing over random leads, marketing can now provide us with real data on which prospects are genuinely interested and where they are in the process.
