What do you like best about Customers.ai?

I’ve used many marketing tools and Customers.ai visitor ID is unique and effective in terms of list growth and insights about prospects. It was recommended by a friend and I've been very impressed with the technology and the depth of analytics and visitor tracking. What do you dislike about Customers.ai?

What do you like best about Customers.ai?

Customers.ai is easy to get up and running and the visitor identification and tracking features are impressive. I've been really happy with the capture rates and specifically the customer journey tracking - I can see if someone came from ads, email, when it was synced to Klaviyo, and more. It’s helping us capture leads we would’ve missed otherwise. Like I said, the capture rates are some of the best I've seen in the industry and the integrations are top-notch. It's nice to be able to see who is visiting the site, put them into segmented audiences, and then send them directly to our ESP. What do you like best about Customers.ai?

I love that we can connect with the people who come to our website, but don't purchase or sign up for updates. Interestingly, the customers.ai engagment list is off the charts! Whatever is confusing about customers.ai is mitigated by their awesome customer service team. I have been working with Hailey since we onboarded over a year ago and she clarifies and executes solutions like a pro. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customers.ai gives website visitors a change to engage with something that may interest them. IF they engage, then they are put into a flow that gives them valuable content about who we are and what we do. What do you like best about Customers.ai?

We’re in a really competitive space where outbound outreach and advertising are critical. Unfortunately figuring out and capturing the right people has always been a challenge.

Customers.ai has been perfect for helping us solve that. We can see who’s coming to the site, which pages they visited, which emails they opened, and which ads they clicked on. It gives us a much clearer picture of who the sales team should prioritize and it’s made a big difference in our outreach processes.

The tool is also super easy to use. We've got both the marketing and sales teams using it so not everyone is super tech-savvy. The visitor identification and customer intelligence features have been spot-on and easy to figure out. Props to our marketing team for bringing this tool in. The biggest issue for us was knowing which leads to focus on and how to follow up effectively. Customers.ai kind of solved that for us.

By showing us emails, phone numbers, site activity, email engagement, etc., we can prioritize and reach out to the people who are actually interested and ready to talk. This has helped us book way more meetings and improve how we manage the pipeline overall.

On the marketing side, I know we’ve seen a big improvement in email open rates and engagement. The integration between ads, email, and site activity has also been nice for targeting. What do you like best about Customers.ai?

Customers.ai is able to easily extract lead information in a way I did not know possible. It is easy to use, has incredible email open rates and is just so easy to get on the site and use. What do you like best about Customers.ai?

Customers.ai is one of the most impressive marketing platforms we’ve worked with. The technology itself is great but what really makes it stand out is the customer support team.

From the start, they’ve been hands-on and incredibly helpful. They really take the time to understand what you’re trying to achieve and offer real strategies to help you get there. It’s rare to find a team this invested in your success.

They’re quick to respond, know the platform inside and out, and genuinely seem to care about how you’re using it. There is a huge focus on ROI and whether it’s helping with ad strategies or walking you through the more advanced features like visitor ID and Klaviyo integrations, they’ve made the experience super easy.

The team always had a tough time making the most of the leads we were getting to the website. Now that we get actual contact data, it's a lot easier. As someone who doesn't always deal in marketing, I am personally so impressed with the capabilities of this tool. I actually had no idea something like this existed until we started using Customers.ai.

I also want to say that the sales and customer support teams have both awesome. They didn’t just onboard us and then leave us to the wolves. Whether it’s answering questions or giving tips on how to use features like Signal or setting up Klaviyo flows, they’ve been super helpful. What do you like best about Customers.ai?

I like that Customers.ai has made it a lot easier for our sales and marketing teams to work together on leads and prospecting. The customer journey data and intelligence tools are really helpful for figuring out who we should focus on and how to approach them. What I like best is that instead of just handing over random leads, marketing can now provide us with real data on which prospects are genuinely interested and where they are in the process.

I'll add that it’s also very easy to use. The platform is simple to navigate and the information is clear. We don’t waste time trying to figure out what everything means or get stuck in endless reporting loops. Everything has been really smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the biggest challenges we had before was knowing how to start conversations with prospects. Were they interested? Were they just browsing? Were they even the right people? The visitor identification feature combined with the contact enrichment / customer journey piece has helped us better tailor our outreach and focus on the people who can actually make decisions.

It’s also been especially helpful in guiding sales conversations. The customer data shows us how prospects are interacting with content, which gives us a better idea of their needs. That’s made it easier to build the right relationships and get our foot in the door with the right people.
