I’ve been a Customers.ai customer and end user for nearly five years, and they’ve consistently been at the forefront of digital marketing innovation, empowering SMBs to stay competitive in an ever-evolving landscape.

What do you dislike about Customers.ai?

With Customers.ai’s rapid pace of innovation comes a constantly evolving UI/UX, which can sometimes be challenging to navigate. However, the availability of their Customer Success team helps mitigate this issue significantly.

That said, the platform’s fast evolution has made it prone to occasional bugs. Additionally, some legacy features that we still find valuable, like their chatbot, appear to have been deprioritized by the engineering team and are slowly deteriorating. What do you like best about Customers.ai?

We have implemented Customers.ai across several of our clients websites and it's always fascinating to see how the X-Ray pixel is able to identify visitors. We have seen really helpful insights on B2B projects and have used that data to inform both our Facebook advertising and our follow-up sequencing. Installing the X-Ray pixel was very easy and we love that they work well with Google Tag Manager which ahas been our go to integration tool for tracking elements. What do you like best about Customers.ai?

Customers.ai can be a little overwhelming figuring out where to start - there are a number of ways to use the tool and to utilitze the built in features.Thankfully our rep helped us get it all set up and has helped us evolve it. At the end of the day, we have to have leads to grow our business. Customers.ai helped us capture hundreds of good leads, the automation features allow us to get in touch with quality leads quickly and grow our conversions over time. What do you like best about Customers.ai?

Customers.ai’s email capture technology is impressive. It identifies site visitors for us and collects emails very effectively, which is important for our brands. Having that capability right within the platform makes it easy to find people who’ve shown interest in our site, email them, and bring them back to convert after. What do you like best about Customers.ai?

Easy to use, since it was made by Larry Kim, who made the easiest to use PPC platform (WordStream) that then grew to be the biggest player in the space.

I've tried ManyChat, ChatFuel, and the others-- and while it's still early in the chatbot game, my money is on Larry..

What do you dislike about Customers.ai?

I want one-click integration with Infusionsoft, pre-made Facebook remarketing sequences, embedded split testing, advanced analytics (that combine search and email), and other features that nobody has yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have the customers.ai pixel on multiple client sites so we can identify the customers and send them personalized emails.

We are a digital agency that serves home service businesses-- making the phone ring for plumbers, electricians, and other local service providers.

We were using MobileMonkey, the previous name of this company-- for chatbots and Facebook messenger ads.

1. Ability to send out messages at a future date is exactly what I need.

2. The SMS tool’s interface is super functional. It also allows me to add media (Gifs and images) using Text Blast.
