I’ve been a Customers.ai customer and end user for nearly five years, and they’ve consistently been at the forefront of digital marketing innovation, empowering SMBs to stay competitive in an ever-evolving landscape.
Our tech stack is deeply integrated with Customers.ai, and we’ve seen a significant boost in ROI across our core marketing channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and SEO.
What truly sets Customers.ai apart from the dozens of other SaaS tools I’ve used over the years is their Customer Success team. Their seasoned digital marketing executives go beyond typical support—they actively engage in everything from strategizing on Meta and Google Ads to executing advanced implementations on platforms like Klaviyo and Tag Manager.
This exceptional service level is a rare find and an invaluable asset for small businesses. Our CS manager, Shawn MaCarthy, has been instrumental in driving our success, consistently going above and beyond to ensure we get the most out of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With Customers.ai’s rapid pace of innovation comes a constantly evolving UI/UX, which can sometimes be challenging to navigate. However, the availability of their Customer Success team helps mitigate this issue significantly.
That said, the platform’s fast evolution has made it prone to occasional bugs. Additionally, some legacy features that we still find valuable, like their chatbot, appear to have been deprioritized by the engineering team and are slowly deteriorating. While these issues primarily affect older features and are unlikely to impact new customers, it’s worth noting for long-term users who rely on these tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have implemented Customers.ai across several of our clients websites and it's always fascinating to see how the X-Ray pixel is able to identify visitors. We have seen really helpful insights on B2B projects and have used that data to inform both our Facebook advertising and our follow-up sequencing. Installing the X-Ray pixel was very easy and we love that they work well with Google Tag Manager which ahas been our go to integration tool for tracking elements. No real complaints so far. Would love to see the set of features continue to grow but so far the tool has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customers.ai makes lead capture so easy. You don’t need people to fill out forms and you don’t need people to sign up. We receive solid, quality leads. It is also very easy to integrate leads into our CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customers.ai can be a little overwhelming figuring out where to start - there are a number of ways to use the tool and to utilitze the built in features.Thankfully our rep helped us get it all set up and has helped us evolve it. Our rep always reaches out to see how we are doing, to introduce new features and to help us grow our lead generation strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customers.ai does a great job with visitor identification. It’s accurate and reliable and provides accurate data about who’s visiting the site. The capture rates are solid and seem to be ahead of what I’ve seen from other tools. I also like that it works well with platforms like Klaviyo, Shopify, and Salesforce, which makes it easy to bring all our data together. It’s definitely the strongest tool in this category. There are no dislikes to mention. The platform works smoothly and we’re getting the data we need without any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customers.ai’s email capture technology is impressive. It identifies site visitors for us and collects emails very effectively, which is important for our brands. Having that capability right within the platform makes it easy to find people who’ve shown interest in our site, email them, and bring them back to convert after. It’s also really simple to set up, which is a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It’s been smooth. No issues to comment on. We have not yet needed customer support until now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We’ve been using Customers.ai for about a year and it’s quickly become an essential part of our toolkit. Its visitor identification and email capture features are huge for us—being able to pinpoint who’s visiting our site and re-engage them through Facebook retargeting has been great. It’s also been fantastic for boosting the visibility of our ads and making our remarketing campaigns more effective overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No dislikes from me at this time. The team has been supportive and the product works better than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The visitor identification tech is exciting, especially with cookies and tracking going away. It’s been a huge help for marketers and sales teams to determine who’s visiting the site and what they’re doing. The data is accurate, easy to understand, and way more useful than what we’ve seen from other tools. It feels like the kind of tech that’s built for the future of how we work. N/A. The platform’s been great so far and it’s good to see they keep improving it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to use, since it was made by Larry Kim, who made the easiest to use PPC platform (WordStream) that then grew to be the biggest player in the space.
I've tried ManyChat, ChatFuel, and the others-- and while it's still early in the chatbot game, my money is on Larry..
This is the best chatbot if you're a digital marketer who has existing content to use and is okay with using self-serve tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I want one-click integration with Infusionsoft, pre-made Facebook remarketing sequences, embedded split testing, advanced analytics (that combine search and email), and other features that nobody has yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Ability to send out messages at a future date is exactly what I need.
2. The SMS tool’s interface is super functional. It also allows me to add media (Gifs and images) using Text Blast.
3. It’s both available in desktop and mobile
4. Ability to create drip campaigns to targeted audience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think I’m able to use Customers.ai's full potential when it comes to SMS marketing, and all I can say is that I don’t have anything that I dislike at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
