What do you like best about Customers.ai?

My team’s job is to find and qualify leads and since bringing in Customers.ai, that process has gotten a whole lot easier. Our pipeline has grown fast, and we’re handing off way more solid leads to sales and they are happy happy happy.

A few things that stand out:

- Lead tracking is next-level – We can identify who is on the site, what pages they’re viewing, and if they’re returning.

- Sales + marketing alignment – We’ve built out automations that push leads into the right funnel so there is less manual work for everyone.

- Cold leads are actually warming back up – We can see when someone we’ve already reached out to comes back to the site, so instead of sending another generic follow-up, we time our outreach based on actual interest. It’s been a nice way to get those old conversations going again.

What problems is Customers.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’d like to think our system wasn’t a total problem but there were issues for sure, especially around pipeline, prioritization, data accuracy, etc. It’s embarrassing to reach out to someone who you think is interested in your product only to find out they’ve never even heard of you.

Some of the benefits I’ve seen:

Pipeline growth – We’re seeing more leads (and not just more – better leads).

Much improved time to sale – We’re closing deals quicker because they’re working with leads that have already shown intent.

Real person-level data – We’re not just getting company names like a lot of the ABM tools. We have emails, LinkedIn profiles, job titles, and everything we need to actually personalize outreach.

No blind outreach – This is like the opposite of cold calling – we’re warm calling.

What do you like best about Customers.ai?

We were launching a campaign for one of our new products and had a really specific audience we wanted to target with Instagram and Facebook ads. We built our Customers.ai audience two months ahead of time so we’d have a big enough list to work with. When we launched, we used that retargeting audience along with a lookalike audience. The CTRs and engagement were incredibly high! Easily one of our best campaigns in terms of engagement. More importantly, we saw a substantial number of SQLs come through.

That’s what I love most about Customers.ai. It helps refine our Facebook and Instagram targeting by creating lists of people who already visit our site. It’s true retargeting. I also appreciate the journey tracking feature—many Instagram users don’t convert immediately, but now we can see if they return later through another channel. This has helped prove that our social media efforts drive actual leads and revenue. Bonus: setting up Facebook audiences is super easy, and they auto-update, so there’s no manual refreshing needed! Tracking ad performance is a headache. The native reporting only tells you so much and attribution in GA and even our CRM is all over the place. Plus, we’ve had issues in the past with our audiences not being as refined as we wanted and wasting a lot of money on junk clicks. Customers.ai fixed that. We’re reaching the exact people we want to target and our lookalike audiences are way stronger. Another big thing that I appreciate is it’s saved us money. Our ads are performing better and we’re also not wasting budget on people who aren’t actually interested. What do you like best about Customers.ai?

Sales has always been the backbone of a company. If sales is not thriving, the company will cease to exist which is why it is imperative for sales to have the best tools in finding customers. This is what Customers.ai has been doing for our company. It makes reaching out to potential customers and clients a lot easier. With Customers.ai, we can clearly communicate with our customers and provide them with everything they need.

Our biggest headache was that we were basically chasing our tails. We had no clue who was actually interested in what we were selling as we were buying lists and working with inbound leads who weren’t always ready to buy.

Customers.ai solved that instantly. We can see exactly who's been looking at our stuff, what pages they're checking out, how long they're staying. It tells us who's actually warm, who's ready to talk. That's the benefit. We're not wasting time on dead ends.

Also before, we were spending hours on unqualified leads. Now, the segmentation is so clear, we know who to focus on, and it just dumps all the good info straight into our CRM, no extra work. That's saving us a ton of time.

Honestly, it's not even about getting more leads – I’m probably getting less than I was before but now we are getting better leads. We're closing deals faster, with fewer calls, and the quality of our accounts has gone through the roof. Retention has actually gone up.

What do you like best about Customers.ai?

I first heard about Customers.ai from one of my favorite social media experts on a podcast.

They were offering a free trial, so I figured it was worth a shot. I pitched it to my boss and we decided to test it for retargeting ads on Facebook. Fast forward a few months and we’ve now upgraded to the email and ads plan and are running retargeting emails alongside our ads. It’s been a big win for the team.

Some key things I love:

Retargeting audiences in Facebook have been performing 3x better in terms of ROAS compared to our old pixel-based audiences.

The email retargeting feature has been a great addition. We’re seeing solid engagement and it complements our ad strategy.

The data is ridiculously accurate. We even participated in their data accuracy beta test and were seriously impressed by the completeness.

Yonan, our account manager, has been amazing. The platform is easy to use but having someone constantly helping us optimize has made all the difference.

What do you dislike about Customers.ai?

The biggest problem was that our retargeting lost it’s mojo. Basically, Facebook’s pixel wasn’t catching enough of our traffic and we didn’t have full control over our audience targeting (thanks Advantage+).

- We are building retargeting audiences that convert at a higher rate.

- We just started to layer in email retargeting, which has helped us recapture more visitors.

What do you like best about Customers.ai?

A colleague recommended Customers.ai, so I asked our marketing team to try it out. So far they've been impressed with the features and functionalities of the platform. I have been impressed with the incremental jumps we are seeing in revenue from the flows that were tested. What do you like best about Customers.ai?

What I really appreciate about Customers.ai is its accurate lead intelligence. It has made a big difference in how we capture and qualify leads, providing clear insights into who is genuinely interested. What do you like best about Customers.ai?

As a training coach, I work with a lot of software and Customers.ai is one of the best sales and marketing tools I've seen come through my door.

It’s simple to use and doesn’t require much setup. The whole team picked it up quickly.

On my side, I’ve been testing it internally and analyzing the results so I can train our team to use it effectively. It’s very clear how it helps our marketing and sales teams from an efficiency and results standpoint. It honestly seems too good to be true and I’m getting a better sense of why everyone is raving about it.

I appreciate that the email capture works on both the general visitor ID front and all types of forms (the data seems to be extremely accurate). We seeing warm leads come through and the people are opening our emails.

What do you like best about Customers.ai?

I've been looking for a way to make our ad targeting more precise and when I heard about Customers.ai, I wanted to give it a shot. After a few months of using it, I was pretty impressed with our Facebook retargeting performance – CPA dropped 50% and sales were up 70%.

We actually tested the audiences to get an accurate picture before just switching everything out. We had been using just the FB pixel for retargeting and while it wasn’t terrible, it definitely wasn't as good as it should be or used to be.

With Customers.ai, we were able to build these really focused retargeting audiences using their visitor identification and contact enrichment tools. It’s a smaller, more high-intent audience but it’s working out well and tests showed it working much better than our existing audience. Now we run both just to ensure we aren’t missing anyone. Results? Facebook ad costs have gone down and sales have gone up.

I also decided to try it on TikTok. Although there isn’t a native integration like on Facebook, setting up the Customers.ai audience was pretty straightforward and easy from a technical setup standpoint. I’m still testing on TikTok but what I’ve seen so far looks promising.

Our retargeting campaigns were doing fine but not awesome. We were using the standard tools that Facebook provides and as everyone knows, this past year was pretty tough with Advantage+ and all the changes they made to their system.

Customers.ai helped solve this issue with high-quality retargeting audiences that perform significantly better than what we were using. On TikTok, I’m still testing it, but what I’m seeing so far is pretty good. Facebook is where we’ve seen the biggest gains!

I appreciate that we can target people who we know for a fact were on our site, we can see what actions they are taking on our site, and we can send them ads that actually make sense for them. It sounds so simple and silly that we haven’t been doing this for longer.

What do you like best about Customers.ai?

I first heard about Customers.ai from a friend and the sales team set me up on a trial. Within two weeks, I was sold on it. It was interesting to see the data start coming in since I’ve never seen anything like that. I was kind of expecting a list of names and emails but they actually validate who’s on the site and show me the complete customer journey. I can see every page a person checks out, see whether they’re new or returning, see if they opened an email, and even track if they eventually make a purchase. It’s really ground-breaking.

What also stands out is the level of detail in the visitor identification data. It’s not just basic info. You get full contact details (even business details) and can create segments based on all these different fields and actions. I like that the integration with Klaviyo makes it easy to build new audiences and new flows. When I tested some new abandonment flows using the audiences set up by Customers.ai, we noticed a real lift in engagement.

Before Customers.ai, we had no idea how many visitors we were missing in our abandonment flows or email campaigns in general. As marketers, we knew we were missing people but to be honest, we didn’t have any real data on it. Now we can see if a visitor is new or coming back (big deal for Klaviyo users) and put them into the right flows. We are definitely capturing a lot more of the audience we used to lose.

What do you like best about Customers.ai?

I have always been passionate about creating events and getting as many people there as possible. But it’s been a lot harder the past few years as everything has gone virtual.

This past year we decided to start using Customers.ai to help us grow our registrations and I can’t believe how well it worked. My boss keeps telling me it’s magic haha.

I can truthfully say Customers.ai has exceeded my expectations. We were previously running ads and sending emails but now we are using the visitor identification feature to see who’s coming to the site from those channels but not registering.

From there we are using the Facebook integration to run remarketing ads to those people and we’ve improved our email messaging because we can see what people are actually invested in - what sessions they checked out, what country they are from - it’s pretty unbelievable.

The best part is I’ve seen our event signups increase by 23% year over year since using Customers.ai.

I love that it’s really easy to use, I love the level of granularity I get at the contact level, I love our customer support rep (we heart you Olivia), and mainly, I love that it’s made me look really freaking awesome to my boss and our team.

Here’s the deal…before we started using Customers.ai, we had a hard time growing event registrations. With people not traveling and everything moving online, I was spending a lot of time running ads and sending emails, but it wasn’t translating into attendees. Plus, I couldn’t tell which visitors were actually interested or not signing up. It felt like we were wasting money and time.

Since we implemented Customers.ai, things have changed oh so dramatically. They tell us who’s clicking our ads and emails but not registering and I can remarket to them. Our email messaging is better, our ads are better and like I said above, our event signups have jumped, which is a big win for us.

I just love that the data we get is very clear, very detailed, down to the individual. The tool is simple to set up and I can see all the necessary information in my dashboards.

What do you like best about Customers.ai?

I’ve worked with several visitor identification tools for my clients and Customers.ai is the best I’ve seen, especially because it helps all facets of marketing (and sales).

I absolutely love that it gives you a complete customer journey view. You see every page a visitor checks out, every email they interact with, and their purchase actions.

As an SEO and content marketer, I find the data far more detailed and useful than what I get from Google Analytics.

I also like that it helps me understand which content performs well and which areas need improvement. I know it’s not necessarily the use case that most people talk about but being able to see the path the purchase is something I’ve been missing since Google moved to GA4.

I believe what really sets Customers.ai apart from competitors is how it goes beyond basic data. Most of the tools I’ve seen give you names and emails and that’s pretty much. This gives you fully enriched data that is actually useful.

I’d say what I personally like the best is because I can see exactly who is visiting along with demographic info, I can create much more targeted marketing materials.

The data I was working has always been very basic. Depending on the tech stack, I could only see a few numbers from tools like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HotJar, etc. and I never really knew what visitors were doing on our site.

I also didn’t know which pages they were checking, what emails they might have interacted with, or if they were coming back later. This made it pretty hard to understand the customer data and create effective content marketing strategies.

With visitor identification and the amazing features Customers.ai offers, I get all that data in one place. I can finally see the full customer journey without having to try and piece it together with all of our tools and I feel much more confident that what I am creating is valuable and targeted to the right people.
