We were launching a campaign for one of our new products and had a really specific audience we wanted to target with Instagram and Facebook ads. We built our Customers.ai audience two months ahead of time so we’d have a big enough list to work with. When we launched, we used that retargeting audience along with a lookalike audience. The CTRs and engagement were incredibly high! Easily one of our best campaigns in terms of engagement. More importantly, we saw a substantial number of SQLs come through.
That’s what I love most about Customers.ai. It helps refine our Facebook and Instagram targeting by creating lists of people who already visit our site. It’s true retargeting. I also appreciate the journey tracking feature—many Instagram users don’t convert immediately, but now we can see if they return later through another channel. I first heard about Customers.ai from one of my favorite social media experts on a podcast.
They were offering a free trial, so I figured it was worth a shot. I pitched it to my boss and we decided to test it for retargeting ads on Facebook. Fast forward a few months and we’ve now upgraded to the email and ads plan and are running retargeting emails alongside our ads. It’s been a big win for the team.

Retargeting audiences in Facebook have been performing 3x better in terms of ROAS compared to our old pixel-based audiences.
The email retargeting feature has been a great addition. We’re seeing solid engagement and it complements our ad strategy.
The data is ridiculously accurate. We even participated in their data accuracy beta test and were seriously impressed by the completeness.
Yonan, our account manager, has been amazing. The platform is easy to use but having someone constantly helping us optimize has made all the difference.

A colleague recommended Customers.ai, so I asked our marketing team to try it out. So far they've been impressed with the features and functionalities of the platform. I have been impressed with the incremental jumps we are seeing in revenue from the flows that were tested. It’s simple to use and doesn’t require much setup. The whole team picked it up quickly.
On my side, I’ve been testing it internally and analyzing the results so I can train our team to use it effectively. It’s very clear how it helps our marketing and sales teams from an efficiency and results standpoint. It honestly seems too good to be true and I’m getting a better sense of why everyone is raving about it.
I appreciate that the email capture works on both the general visitor ID front and all types of forms (the data seems to be extremely accurate). We seeing warm leads come through and the people are opening our emails.

I've been looking for a way to make our ad targeting more precise and when I heard about Customers.ai, I wanted to give it a shot. After a few months of using it, I was pretty impressed with our Facebook retargeting performance – CPA dropped 50% and sales were up 70%.
We actually tested the audiences to get an accurate picture before just switching everything out. We had been using just the FB pixel for retargeting and while it wasn’t terrible, it definitely wasn't as good as it should be or used to be.
With Customers.ai, we were able to build these really focused retargeting audiences using their visitor identification and contact enrichment tools. It’s a smaller, more high-intent audience but it’s working out well and tests showed it working much better than our existing audience. Now we run both just to ensure we aren’t missing anyone. Results? Facebook ad costs have gone down and sales have gone up.
I also decided to try it on TikTok. Although there isn’t a native integration like on Facebook, setting up the Customers.ai audience was pretty straightforward and easy from a technical setup standpoint. I’m still testing on TikTok but what I’ve seen so far looks promising.

I first heard about Customers.ai from a friend and the sales team set me up on a trial. Within two weeks, I was sold on it. It was interesting to see the data start coming in since I’ve never seen anything like that. I was kind of expecting a list of names and emails but they actually validate who’s on the site and show me the complete customer journey. I can see every page a person checks out, see whether they’re new or returning, see if they opened an email, and even track if they eventually make a purchase. It’s really ground-breaking.
What also stands out is the level of detail in the visitor identification data. It’s not just basic info. You get full contact details (even business details) and can create segments based on all these different fields and actions. I like that the integration with Klaviyo makes it easy to build new audiences and new flows. When I tested some new abandonment flows using the audiences set up by Customers.ai, we noticed a real lift in engagement.

I have always been passionate about creating events and getting as many people there as possible. But it’s been a lot harder the past few years as everything has gone virtual.
This past year we decided to start using Customers.ai to help us grow our registrations and I can’t believe how well it worked. My boss keeps telling me it’s magic haha.
I can truthfully say Customers.ai has exceeded my expectations. We were previously running ads and sending emails but now we are using the visitor identification feature to see who’s coming to the site from those channels but not registering.
From there we are using the Facebook integration to run remarketing ads to those people and we’ve improved our email messaging because we can see what people are actually invested in - what sessions they checked out, what country they are from - it’s pretty unbelievable.
The best part is I’ve seen our event signups increase by 23% year over year since using Customers.ai.

I’ve worked with several visitor identification tools for my clients and Customers.ai is the best I’ve seen, especially because it helps all facets of marketing (and sales).
I absolutely love that it gives you a complete customer journey view. You see every page a visitor checks out, every email they interact with, and their purchase actions.
As an SEO and content marketer, I find the data far more detailed and useful than what I get from Google Analytics.
I also like that it helps me understand which content performs well and which areas need improvement. I know it’s not necessarily the use case that most people talk about but being able to see the path the purchase is something I’ve been missing since Google moved to GA4.
I believe what really sets Customers.ai apart from competitors is how it goes beyond basic data. Most of the tools I’ve seen give you names and emails and that’s pretty much. This gives you fully enriched data that is actually useful.
I’d say what I personally like the best is because I can see exactly who is visiting along with demographic info, I can create much more targeted marketing materials.
