Customer support is outstanding. It's easy to put in a ticket online and get a phone call back very quickly after that. Customer support is very responsive and will help in any way possible with issues or questions. They will stay on the phone with you for as long as it takes to work through the issue and try to meet your needs and address any other questions or concerns while you're already on the line together. They take as much time as needed to work with the end user to try to customize the product and best meet the user's needs. They're friendly and professional on the phone. The software requires too many clicks to complete notes. There are some limits to the customizability. The most frustrating one is that documenting a normal physical exam finding is limited to the word "normal". If you want to add details of what that normal finding looks like (e.g. "Clear to auscultation bilaterally" or "oriented to person, place, and time") then I have to select those phrases instead of "normal" and it shows up in the note as a finding. It highlights the findings as abnormal, which is distracting to me and also unnecessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes there would be issues doing the billing sithin CureMD causing us to have to call corporate support for CureMD. There were numerous bugs- however they tended to be resolved rather quickly so that was good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
