The solution is entirely self hosted, which lets us keep a fully offline copy of our critical Google Workspace data. Additionally, the incremental backup & restore features has been great when looking to quickly and easily recover Google Drive files that were accidentally deleted.
Product features aside, the support has also been some of the best we've ever experienced. Every time we have a question, we are able to reach out via email and recieve a prompt and helpful reply.
