Crisp Data Platform Pros and Cons

I like how easy it is to sort by a variety of variables. It’s easy to understand and pretty user friendly. I use Crisp on a weekly basis to pull reports and analyze sales data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don’t think Crisp has this feature yet, but it would be wonderful to pull a distribution grid of all our products and what warehouse(s) that it’s located in. I have to select and filter out each item at a time so that I am able to view what warehouse it is carried in. We have over 20 skus which makes this a bit time consuming filtering out each item. Crisp provides you with instant data that gives insight into your business performace. They have really thought of all segements any CPG user would want to accesertain to create actionable priorties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The entire plateform is user friendly but every now and then some of the attribute selections populate wonky. I've used their notification function to know if any product or distributor is dropping in sales. I get weekly notifications but when clicking to look deeper into the cause the link from email does not populate to the page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Crisp for years and it has been a huge timesaver for our company. Having access to everyone in one place and with a similar structure makes reviewing distributor data so much easier. Additionally, I've seen Crisp listen to feedback and rollout wonderful updates. Everyone at Crisp is super helpful without being pushy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't love that we have to log in via UNFI to access UNFI data now. However I'm not sure if that's a UNFI or Crisp issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the dashboards and the ability to filter/drill down to exactly what you neeed. The tool is user friendly and Kristin has been a great resource when questions come up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Currently I am not able to access all of the remit #s that are linked with the company I work for. A ticket has been opened and I am hopeful that this issue will get resolved soon so I can provide reporting to my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ability for quick access to distributor and cusomer reports all in one platform. Implementation was super easy to link multiple data sources. We have had very quick customer support for any open issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
