When it's working, I like that I can get account and store specific data with multiple filters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since rolling into UNFI, it is frustrating to have to go to two separate sites to get my data. It has also become incredibly unreliable. The other day I was unable to pull any UNFI data. Additionally, the non-UNFI site is unbelievable slow. When pulling KeHE data I now go to KeHE connect which is much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We love that we don't have to re-frame our minds when we get in because you can go connector to connector and see things visualized similarly. This isn't Crisp's problem but what the heck UNFI, the "confidential" retailers make it really hard to truly get in here and digest the information. I would like the dashboards to go a bit deeper than they allow today. For example, I can see total MDM category information or pull by sub MDM category but I would like to see a dashboard that allows me to look at my total business to understand which brands or categories within it are driving the business up for down. There can be bugs every once and awhile where data doesn't load properly and it take a day or two for the team to correct. It's usually only for one of the reports on their analytics platform, and they have others where you can get the data that you need. Customer support has been great on this front too. I don’t think Crisp has this feature yet, but it would be wonderful to pull a distribution grid of all our products and what warehouse(s) that it’s located in. I have to select and filter out each item at a time so that I am able to view what warehouse it is carried in. We have over 20 skus which makes this a bit time consuming filtering out each item.
