What do you like best about Crises Control?

Crises Control is a one stop shop for all your BC needs, it's been vital in our BC refresh program. The team are very supportive, knowledgable, and willing to help with the various questions and setup. Having all our plans in a secure simple portal which can also run people accounting is very useful. Integration was simple and easy and the training portal helped get the team up to speed. What do you like best about Crises Control?

The scheduler allows me to program the daily message so it goes out to each group of employees at 9am (in their timezone). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before using Crises Control l was manually emailing each line manager. Now using Crises Control, it saves me time and also stores the responses in the system. I can even get access to the dashboards and reports summarising responses. This product continues to support our business and help manage the challenges we are still experiencing with COVID19. In times of disaster, businesses face overwhelming demands and unique challenges that complicate efforts to coordinate their responses. Crisis control emergency mass software has been extremely helpful in managing some complex events our company faced, which couldn't be adequately managed by simply mobilizing more resources. What do you like best about Crises Control?

We use it to make sure everyone in Transputec are safe and healthy during the current covid situation. All the employees acknowledge being safe every morning via email. We also use it for fire alerts and do a weekly fire drill to make sure all the employees know what exactly needs to be done during an emergency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crises Control?

I am a basic user and did not find trouble doing the daily acknowledgements. Everything else works great with no errors. For the price, its a very good product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
