**What do you like best about Crises Control?**

Crises Control is a one stop shop for all your BC needs, it's been vital in our BC refresh program. The team are very supportive, knowledgable, and willing to help with the various questions and setup. Having all our plans in a secure simple portal which can also run people accounting is very useful. Integration was simple and easy and the training portal helped get the team up to speed.

**What do you dislike about Crises Control?**

If you have a specific requirement it can require some developement work, the team were very quick to respond to meet our needs.

**What problems is Crises Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mass notification, BC Plan creation, storage and updates. With 1 tool to do all this the embedding stage is a lot simpler.

**What do you like best about Crises Control?**

I use Crises Control to schedule a set of daily questions to all staff around the world. This helps me monitor the ongoing situation with COVID and its impact to our people.

**What do you dislike about Crises Control?**

The scheduler allows me to program the daily message so it goes out to each group of employees at 9am (in their timezone).

**Recommendations to others considering Crises Control:**

Before using Crises Control l was manually emailing each line manager. Now using Crises Control, it saves me time and also stores the responses in the system. I can even get access to the dashboards and reports summarising responses. This product continues to support our business and help manage the challenges we are still experiencing with COVID19.

**What problems is Crises Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to easily monitor the health status of our people by communicating regular questions easily.  Now I can closely monitor the health & well being of our people aorund the world.

**What do you like best about Crises Control?**

In times of disaster, businesses face overwhelming demands and unique challenges that complicate efforts to coordinate their responses. Crisis control emergency mass software has been extremely helpful in managing some complex events our company faced, which couldn't be adequately managed by simply mobilizing more resources. In one place, the software shows real-time dashboards and map-based visualisations of the status of tasks, incidents, and notifications for users.

**What do you dislike about Crises Control?**

nothing at this stage, I'm quite impressed with how the sofware works and the support the company provides. It's been an amazing partnership

If you need an emergency software that work, that Crises Control is your best bet

**What problems is Crises Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Covid-19 related issues, vaccination notofications and issues that may have turned out ugly, like when we had cyber security bridge, which was a security violation, in which sensitive, protected or confidential data is copied, transmitted, viewed, stolen

The app is user-friendly and makes my life easier when I need to send mass messages.

Occasionally I find a software bug with the app, but when I notify my account manager, the problem is solved rapidly.

Once we requested a demo, saw the tool, and placed the order, the Crises Control team was very helpful in deploying the application for us.

**What do you like best about Crises Control?**

We use it to make sure everyone in Transputec are safe and healthy during the current covid situation. All the employees acknowledge being safe every morning via email. We also use it for fire alerts and do a weekly fire drill to make sure all the employees know what exactly needs to be done during an emergency.

**What do you dislike about Crises Control?**

I am a basic user and did not find trouble doing the daily acknowledgements. Everything else works great with no errors. For the price, its a very good product.

**What problems is Crises Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to notify the Covid19 vaccination including boster to the HR with accurate record and continuously follow the Governments advice in my location and protocols. Helps us to be on top.

Crises Control made it very easy to notify all the admin engineers and the construction workers on-site if there was an accident.

I prefer the app over the web portal as the app is quicker to use.

Accidents on construction sites are well notified. 
Everyone gets notified to stay at home when the weather is too bad to work.

It is Easy to use, has a mass notification system, allows you to manage multiple incidents using the same central system, improves the response system after each event. The team is very responsive and always helps you out.

I have had a positive experince using it; right from the software to the support staff; haven't faced any problems using it so far.

Easier way to control crisis situations, protection of staff, cost-effective method as it combines all aspects of security and incident management. Allows for easy mass communiation with the team members.

Crises control portal was used to alert everyone during floods and heavy rains. Messages were sent for changes in office timings. Is also very beneficial for automated alerting.

**What do you dislike about Crises Control?**

The customer server managers of crises control were always available if there ever was a problem understanding the tool.

**What problems is Crises Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

flood alerts (every rainy season), fire alerts (did not face one yet) and automated alerts, Disaster management.

I loved the training modules provided. They made it easy to install and are very easy to use during emergencies.

**What do you dislike about Crises Control?**

I  had issues with intial setup but the 24/7 available support team resolved the issue in no time. Hope they continue to keep up the good work.

**What problems is Crises Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Crises Control, we were manually making calls by hand, which comes with many issues (voicemails and no pickups are examples). Crises Control has saved my team and me from doing any of this now!

Daily Updates have been imperative for my company to work through the pandemic.  With the reliability of Crisis Control to prevent of any lost data, I have felt my company is in very good hands.  Would highly recommend this to a friend.

Crisis Control has a tendency to be sometimes too cautious but that isn't really a bad attribute to have.
