Crexi Pros and Cons

It's very easy to get your property listed and Crexi sends out a lot of marketing emails for your properties that are highly viewed and very helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the required fields can make it difficult to complete your listing. It would also be nice if they would tell you exactly what fields you need to fill out to up your listing rating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is easy to use, great data and the ability to get help when I need it is incredible. They are constantly making improvements and adding features and I pay the same price, whether I have 10 listings or 100 listings.
