Integrated CRM and results provided, including contact data from those who look at an opportunity, are essential to closing the circle. It is time management in one arena. **What do you dislike about Crexi?** There are no downsides to utilizing CREXI Pro, as it is my go-to source. The only aspect that I would envision being added to the equation longer term would be a property underwriting platform via reports delivered on a granular basis. I may have not dived deep enough yet and I always know arranging a Zoom Call with a CREXI Researcher is there so no issues are obvious to dislike. **What problems is Crexi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time on target functions and reaching the target markets and clients required. Additionally, the Excel Spreadsheets of parties allow cross marketing to more than just the one asset they have keyed on. ### 7. I don't know just to add different personalizations have theme colors to customize your ability to customize your own landing page. I had trouble scrolling when uploading my listing photos. Sometimes if I clicked a photo to view it in my listing it would start me at the beginning or a couple spaces before the image I clicked. **What problems is Crexi solving and how is that benefiting you?** I just joined, so I have not seen any changes. I think it is pretty great now. They seem like an excellent company that would listen to what users say before officially changing it. I don't know, though. ### 15. Which it auto renews for a year unless you cancel 60 prior to your first year end! When compared to results I recieve on loopnet or even the MLS, crexi doesnt compare. The person who handles my account changed 3 times in a year. I never recieved half of what was promised at sign up. Its a complete waste of money and they use slimmy sales tactics. Similar platforms charge upgrade fees for listing more than 1 property. They also automatically email blast your listings to targeted demographic! ### 25. Nothing missing. As far as we have found, everything works properly. Nothing to report. It would be nice if it was free :) But it's well worth the cost!! That is the biggest benefit to Crexi we have found, but the new market intelligence looks great as well! Yes, our performance has increased! Within hours of a new listing post or a blast - I am inundated with leads. Additionally - I can tell if the lead is a broker or a principal and CREXi provides the lead's contact information. The data is easily exportable into a CSV file as well. A few other things. It's easy to create a new listing in CREXi. And if you do need help - the support is excellent. CREXi also allows you to see how many times your property has been viewed and puts in an easy to read format that I like to use for my reporting. **What do you dislike about Crexi?** Right now, the Comp/Ownership data isn't as robust as I would like. However, CREXi is working on this feature and addressing this concern. **Recommendations to others considering Crexi:** There are a lot of CRE "MLS" type services. CREXi works for me because of its national presence. Unlike any of the other competing CRE databases, CREXi gives me total transparency and access to the people to interact with my listings. CREXi's scoring system lets me know who is a "real" buyer and increases my probability of success. As COO of a regional CRE firm, I signed a multi-year contract with CREXi for all of our agents to have CREXi Pro. We have been using it since its introduction and have migrated away from other listing platforms in the market. The tools CREXI provides when marketing a property is hands down above their competition. As a seller, I am able to get buyer or broker info for those interested in my property. As a borker, I use the tools they provide to show cleints other properties similar to those they are selling or other properties currenlty on the market to purchase.
