Crewmojo is a very flexible platform for managing people within your organisation. They have a wide range of features including "Shout Out", "Objectives" and "Check-ins". The objective tracking is very customizable and allows you to change the duration and metric with high granularity. The integration with Slack is very useful. Snapshot is great for having visibility of my team's individual achievements and creating a focus on planning. Managing objectives is super easy in Crewmojo and the visibility for team members is fantastic. Using the one-on-one feature puts a focus on preparing for the one on one and improves the quality of the interaction.
