"A good experience to advance our product roadmap"

We have a complex project management and data visualisation application that runs in a web-browser. The design evolved "organically" as we added new features for our customers and we wanted Creative Navy to come up with a new UX concept that unifies the experience and makes it more user friendly for the inexperienced user. What do you like best about Creative Navy?

Understanding the features of our app is not easy. It can do so much and it is so intimately tied with our customer's business that it is difficult to understand. The design team really applied themselves and put in the effort to understand the complexities and that really showed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creative Navy?

It was all fine, I just would have liked to cover more of the application, but that was not possible in the short timeframe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Creative Navy solving and how is that benefiting you?

The design concept they have created is inspirational and it gives us something to aim towards. We've been taking bits and pieces and implementing them into the live build step by step. "Travel product UX design"

They have designed the user experience and UI of one of our consumer facing booking tools for hotels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Creative Navy?

They were very creative and took our requirements and interpreted them in an innovative way. They have captured the essence of what is at stake for our users: convenience and understanding how our service works. The designs were delivered perfectly for the dev team to implement directly and they were available for support even months after the project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creative Navy?

What problems is Creative Navy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our product is unique and automated, but it because of that it is not easy to communicate what it does. They have incorporated that into the ux from the very first landing and down to the end result so we have a good conversion rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Creative Navy?

Their creativity in coming up with a set of relevant features and putting them together into an experience that makes sense. They understood what's needed in the market and how to make it come to life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creative Navy?

There is nothing I didn't like, we worked to a short deadline and they kept us in the loop, it meant time allocation from our side but that's actually what we wanted, to be involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
