What do you like best about Channels?

Easy to manage at all levels, general configuration, users and campaigns flexible scripting tool very good sound quality exceptional customer service team very attentive to customer requests built-in email functionality, this was what we liked the most CrazyCall. Furthermore, we can assure you that we have raised our level of organization and management more than any other addition to our current workflow. It has helped to cheapen our operation, increase the quality of our calls and create powerful reports of any kind, each part of this software seems to have been designed with caution in terms of functionality, so all the functions you will find will help you to perform Cold calls, monitor them, organize your team and measure their performance. What do you dislike about Channels?

What displeased us was that at the beginning we were worried that the connection through web browsers could be compromised, but the quality of the network in general has been excellent. After having used it for a little while, we are very satisfied with CrazyCall. We can even say that it is a fairly simple application to use and as you get involved with it, your knowledge increases and therefore, its speed when you work on it has a very good sound quality, likewise it covers all the necessary features for customer service. Most programs similar to CrazyCall do not offer file transfer and the process of our call documentation changed after we discovered CrazyCall. Complete solution that could increase the performance of your sales team. The best customer service continues to grow and add excellent functions, which is why we recommend CrazyCall. It was even very easy to set up and it's always a good start. The support for this application is exceptional and they are very quick to help, a simple way to manage sales and ensure that the quality of calls is not lost, better for Call Centers. Claims, suggestions, appreciations are necessary to build a solid business and this tool allows me to listen to calls again to establish better sales strategies and improve my products. What problems is Channels solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helped us to improve the outgoing and incoming calls satisfactorily, besides now I can organize all the calls in dashboards, I can listen to any outgoing call and follow it, it helps me to transfer all my contacts, automation of calls. We were looking for a way to personalize the customer experience on a new level in our Commerces and follow it with the first class service for customers. CrazyCall made it possible with little or no development from you on our side; Our clients receive the proper attention they need and we can do it with ease. Apart from the fact that it is about improving the efficiency of the call center and monitoring its live performance, only this can be achieved with this wonderful software. What do you like best about Channels?

Channels is a software that has really made it applicable for us to get the best CRM (Customer Relationship Management )solution. We have used bundles of software so far but were never as satisfied as we are by using channels. It has enabled us in doing our business with more professionalism with its variety of features which basically includes data security, schedule making, and organization of various appointments, and also aided us in managing the automated workflow. According to me, the points I have mentioned above are 1/4th part of how much I am benefitted from it. It is a wonderful software with a variety of features that resulted in boosting our business. I have found it as a complete and perfect Software which gives 100% practical solutions to manage a business.With Channels, we can not only keep an eye on our business progress but can also consider the key performance indicator (KPI). What do you like best about Channels?

The platform is easy to manage, the sound quality is very good and the features and functionalities, although they are a work in progress, are enriched every month. In addition to that the support team has shown that it is striving to meet requests related to standard functions. If you are focused on the output and are looking for a cloud-based sound solution you would definitely consider CrazyCal the experience was very positive from the presale part and improved problem or question is addressed very easily and efficiently by the support team. What do you dislike about Channels?

Sometimes the download of information from the cloud is slow, it is not a great obstacle to exploiting the capabilities of this service the CrazyCall support is taking good care of the customers so that each ticket is repaired in an incredible time with the rate of Highest customer service. The application is growing rapidly giving users all the functions they need and ask, it seems that each part of the application is designed with caution about the functionality so each function you find will help you make cold calls, monitor them, accommodate my team and measure their performance. It is a fairly easy application to use and as you get involved with it, your knowledge therefore increases your speed when working on it has a very good sound quality, in a job where calls are endless crazyCall has been very useful to power record calls in an orderly manner, to track the cases we have in favor and negatively this application has managed to improve our performance and increase our quality of service. What do you like best about Channels?

What do you like best about Channels?

CrazyCall has offered us nice solutions for those teams that were looking for advanced marker software and that we had obsolete archives in our warehouses, thanks to this great update we obtained an advanced marker to generate potential customers, we used a theft marker and our sales teams have Generated countless quotes for sales.
