They can see priority changes, while I can see planned work items and progress updates. The feedback portal streamlines the demand intake to execution process with its ability to link ideas to an existing feature or promote the feedback into a feature. It also provides a way for submitters to understand where the feedback is in the process. The enterprise support for Craft.io is top-notch, with follow-up and customer listening sessions. The timeline roadmap view auto-sizes the titles of work items to the start and end date so a long title with a short duration will not be fully viewable until you hover over it.
