Includes features such as automated reminders, two-way multi-media messaging, and online scheduling. Set up automated reminders via direct mail, email, text, and telephone, depending on your client’s preferences. Enhanced client communications can help reduce no-shows, improve client relations, and generate time and efficiency savings. The product is fully integrated with Avimark®, Impromed®, Pulse™, Robovet (UK) and VisionVPM (ANZ). The product is also available to non-CVET integrations with some functionality limitations.

What do you like best about Rapport?

Nothing! I've not found that there is anything that I would change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rapport solving and how is that benefiting you?

Compliance with clients booking appointments has upped since implementing Rapport! We used to not have clients phone to book follow-ups, but with the automatic reminders, they do now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
