Smartflow integrates with the online cloud based medical record. Smartflow allows me to check on my patients from home. I am able to customize care for each patient, by creating an individual treatment sheet that alerts the technician when the treatment is due. Anesthesia monitoring sheets are available, which you can charge for drugs from during the pre-op stage. There is also a dental charting record available for each patient. Smartflow has saved me so much time personally. I don't miss paper treatment sheets at all! Charges from the treatment sheet can be entered directly into the medical record by signing off on the smartflow sheet. There is not much to dislike about smartflow in my opinion. Smartflow has improved our patient care quality, improved staff/client communication, and reduced time spent in other areas- i.e.: inputting service charges, handwritten treatment sheets, dental charting, anesthesia monitoring sheets, etc. Smartflow has helped our clinic function better. There isn't a whole lot that I don't like about Smart Flow. There are some improvements that could be made to the Dental Chart, but it is a very recent addition to the platform, and they have already made massive improvements on the dental chart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
