What do you like best about CoverageBook?

CoverageBook is so simple but also displays our press coverage in a way that is very appealing to our clients. It makes it so simple for them to access all the PR coverage for the entire year. We've had clients use it to present in investor or retail buyer meetings. I'm very happy with how easy it is to use as well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

I honestly can't think of any downsides. It's user-friendly and the sorting functionality is great. I didn't love the screen grabs being broken sometimes, but they just fixed it with a new screenshotting tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoverageBook solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is reducing the time it takes to present our monthly reports to clients. We simply copy and paste all of our press links from a spreadsheet and input them in there. It truly is a time saver! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CoverageBook?

CoverageBook is intuitive to use! Pasting links generates an easy to understand report that creates value for shareholders. Even the free version allows for a lot of useful tools, and it even saves free reports for next time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

So far, we don't have any big complaints! It would be nice if CoverageBook generated a separate report for distinct sections within books, but that would be more of a nice feature than a need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CoverageBook?

I am a freelancer, working alone, and I find it very expensive. I think it would be worth looking at a freelancer rate below the bronze package. I use and value the product but I don't use it anywhere near as much as even a small agency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CoverageBook?

I've been using CoverageBook since June 2020 and absolutely love it. It saves days of work creating post-campaign analyses and produces high-quality, metric-driven reports to share with clients. CoverageBook is very easy and intuitive to use - just copy and paste coverage links into it, then it works its magic and generates great-looking reports containing the latest social evidence and metrics. What do you like best about CoverageBook?

CoverageBook is a difference-maker in so many ways. It saves a tremendous amount of time in collecting and presenting media coverage in a practical, data-provided, and pleasing way. It takes so relatively little to create a super beautiful media book that customers love, having also the opportunity to update the collection over time and have a snapshot of their media impact all the time.

Like every tool, it takes an effective team to exploit it to the full extent. But when you do it, it's all worth the effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

Actually, I see little downsides. The tool has been updated over time, a whole new version has been released within the last year which has further improved the UX while addressing limits and issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Doing Coverage Review Books used to require a lot of time - creating clean pdfs from web pages, converting them into a good, readable layout, and providing numbers and evidence for it. Not sure there is anything left to complain about! CoverageBook has improved so much over the years, but I have one little grouse. If I could perhaps choose my own font type, that would be great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Transparency is the most important! Metrics are real, and I feel good about being honest about my work to my clients. And it helps me save SO MUCH time! What do you like best about CoverageBook?

Coveragebook allows you to create clean and professional templates to share with your valued clients. There is no downside, only positive feedback from our clients, especially when they see the reach they are getting on earned media placements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

Sometimes the links uploaded to the coverage book don't yield all results in all the fields, which can be frustrating. For Example, doesn't recognize a verified media placement on a 3rd party website and we can't get complete metrics for reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CoverageBook?

It tells reliable statistics for each clip - like DA score, views, unique visits. It helps PR professionals like us to be able to present in-depth PR performance aside from PR value and circulation which appear to be out of date and not useful for the clients. It's automated which helps save time for creating PR reports with a nice layout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

It cannot track statistics of some social media pages (we are a Thai PR agency working in Thailand with Thai media and social media pages). For example, the Facebook post has 5 likes and 2 shares, but it won't show in CoverageBook. So we sometime have to manually enter the data. What problems is CoverageBook solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. It's been many years that some clients are doubtful about PR value, circulation, how PR professionals rank media and so on. So CoverageBook is the solution for all of that as it tells reliable statistics with logical definitions. We're now very confident in presenting our PR performance reports and in answering clients' questions about references of all the statistics. 2. It's a lot less time consuming when doing a PR report, so we have more time to spend on other tasks. 3. Our client can also visit CoverageBook report site anywhere anytime with the link we share with them. 4. It does make our PR agency slightly different from others when bidding the jobs as we have more reliable statistics to tell about each media placement. However, according to our experience, a the end it's our clients' choice to choose whether they need these statistics or not. Some are fine with having media placement everywhere without knowing many statistics as they know they surely gain awareness. While some want to know about the credibility of each media platform so that they would do selective media distribution next time. Our job is to present alternatives in PR reporting. What do you like best about CoverageBook?

A few years back, we spent so much time compiling press clippings, analytics, links etc, just to put together a monthly report for clients. We started looking for a solution to provide better information on our activity to our PR clients and found CoverageBook. It made reporting so much easier. We were able to show good metrics and ROI.
