"Great analytics tool to demonstrate value of PR"
I find the reports that I can share with clients to be the most useful. Having a third party validate the value of coverage received is tremendous.

What do you like best about CoverageBook?

It's just so super easy! Very intuitive. Creates reporting clients love. Saves a ton of time. Great to be able to do clips and get metrics at the same time. Looks impressive! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

Sometimes it's tricky to figure stuff out, but I usually do. It's a bit pricey for a solo practitioner. I'm in California so live help is generally not available to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoverageBook solving and how is that benefiting you?

When clients want to see their clips it's amazing of course, but it also can sometimes take the place of other reporting which is a huge timesaver. The books look fantastic and clients love that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CoverageBook?

Being able to add links is key to saving time. It's not perfect, it doesn't work with Safari but for all my clients, it is a nice beautiful visual report for the top hits. Great customer service too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

Not being able to customize certain things like text placement, divider slides or easily adding in our own images and graphics into a slide. Right now, I have to create a PDF doc to insert into the presentation. They are making improvements all the time, so it's just a matter of time. Better to start simple and do it well before offering a menu of things that work just ok. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoverageBook solving and how is that benefiting you?

I dislike powerpoint so this is a nice visual report for highlights to make clients happy. They feel like they know what they were paying for since many people do not understand what PR does exactly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CoverageBook?

I'm old enough to remember when we used scissors and glue sticks to create media coverage reports. There are too many things to love about this platform. It's super easy to use, customizable, and surprisingly affordable for our small agency. We no longer spend hours organizing press clips and digging through various platforms to calculate/covert metrics. We can create beautiful and engaging reports in just minutes and easily share them with clients or new business prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

There's nothing I dislike about it. As a PR professional, it's always challenging to quantify and present results in a way that is easy for clients to understand. CoverageBook solved that problem for us, so it's worth the investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoverageBook solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us to quantify results and present them in a meaningful way. It's a valuable tool for pitching new business and justifying budgets for paid and earned media. We also have more time to spend on higher-level tasks and have significantly increased productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CoverageBook?

I like the customization options and the organizational features, especially having the ability to add in coverage by section and title each section. I also like having the ability to merge books. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

With the current version of Coveragebook, it is a bit confusing between editing the "title" of a book and editing the text on the "front cover" of the book. It also is confusing when I try to add a client logo to the front cover of the book. There are two places to add a logo and sometimes it doesn't show up where I would like it to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoverageBook solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is solving the problem of having to keep track of lots of coverage among lots of different clients. It is a very streamlined way to share coverage with clients, with a very simple link. I also appreciate that the books can be customized to match each client's branding, which makes it way faster to find the book I'm looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CoverageBook?

Often when presenting success to clients, it's easy to get bogged down in numbers and figures, and you'll quickly see their attention starting to drift away.

With CoverageBook, our media placement successes are clearly and attractively presented, helping clients to better understand the work we've been doing. CoverageBook also collects and displays all the relevant metrics for us, so there's no need for us to dig around searching for how many people read Cosmopolitan, for example. It's great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

CoverageBook currently doesn't have any sort of metric similar to AVE, which some clients ask for. Also, until recently, CoverageBook didn't have any sorting options, this feature took too long coming!

Aside from that, the CoverageBook experience is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoverageBook solving and how is that benefiting you?

CoverageBook is great at illustrating to clients the work that we do in an attractive and easy-to-understand manner. It massively cuts down on reporting time, as we can simply send a live link over to clients, allowing them to always see what coverage they have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CoverageBook?

It is very easy to use. Most of our coverage is online, and adding those clips is cut-and-paste. Everything else is very easy, similar to adding an attachment to an email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

Sometimes you have to adjust the page view of a webpage if it has a popup or a large header, but the inconvenience is nothing compared to the alternatives. I'd like to see additional metrics pulled automatically - especially from social and video but I understand how difficult that can be. It's hard getting them when you have access to reporting software and the original links! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoverageBook solving and how is that benefiting you?

Traditionally, reporting would be done more by hand and to make it look as neat and tidy would require some creative skills in a presentation program like PowerPoint. And those old files are hard to share. Coveragbook is nice to look at and can be easily shared so not only do we use it for client reporting but we can create coveragebooks for new business very easily. What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

Recommendations for improvements have been communicated to the CB team. We appreciate their openness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoverageBook solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ability to track and report seperate sections of Books. Some of our clients have requested metrics per project and it's inefficient to have to create new books for each project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
