AI solutions are typically considered time-consuming and expensive. With CoSupport AI we learnt that AI tools implementation can be easy — in our case implementation took just a few hours. The remarkable thing is that our workflow wasn’t interrupted at all.
Another critical point for us as a business was pricing. I was surprised that our cost could be so easily calculated. Our budget for the solution implementation included the fixed price for the output - the solution integration into our custom CRM, project launch, and support. Now, after the integration, we pay the monthly fee for the AI assistant, and are in control of our budget.

CoSupport AI solution, an AI assistant for response automation, was extremely easy to implement (through a browser extension). But what is more important is that responses became more precise than we expected. Now, we can increase the number of processed tickets without expanding our support team.
