What do you like best about CoSupport AI?

We liked most the seamless integration of CoSupport Customer to our email channel. We also like performance. After a month of using and improvements based on our agents’ feedback, the responses became extremely precise. The pricing policy is also an advantage because it allows for predictable budgeting. What do you like best about CoSupport AI?

Our primary goal was to streamline our support operations and reduce the support operations costs. After the integration process and initial usage of products, we saw the first results. We liked the transparency and constant support at CoSupport AI. The vendor listened to us and our wishes. It’s very important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoSupport AI?

To be honest, we didn’t expect that much attention and guidance from CoSupport AI to our company. Their managers were with us at each step. So far, we can't say anything negative in our experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoSupport AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a tool to automate our work with the emails, and chatbot for our website. After considering this, we decided to use CoSupport’s products, CoAgent and CoCustomer. The implementation process was very fast and smooth. So after the first month of using AI solutions the response time was improved by 40% which automated a substantial volume of routine inquiries. What do you like best about CoSupport AI?

AI solutions are typically considered time-consuming and expensive. With CoSupport AI we learnt that AI tools implementation can be easy — in our case implementation took just a few hours. The remarkable thing is that our workflow wasn’t interrupted at all.

Another critical point for us as a business was pricing. I was surprised that our cost could be so easily calculated. Our budget for the solution implementation included the fixed price for the output - the solution integration into our custom CRM, project launch, and support. Now, after the integration, we pay the monthly fee for the AI assistant, and are in control of our budget.

Our most significant result of using CoSupport AI is that we cut the response time in half. 50% reduction number was achieved within days, and without disctructing the team from their workflow. What do you dislike about CoSupport AI?

Just for the balance in estimations, I’d say that during the first couple of days, there was a need to sync our teams’ schedules and make sure that we were on the same page. We went through this stage very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our challenge was the rising number of requests from clients and candidates. Therfore we had a dilemma — either to hire more recruiters, or automate parts or almost all operational communication. We chose the latter. And CoSupport AI solved this challenge for us. The number two problem is that the answers should be up to a point and personilized, in other words - tailored to the issues of the person who answers. CoSupport does that too, provides quick responses that are precise and relevant. Now we process requests from our clients and candidates 50% faster. What do you like best about CoSupport AI?

The thing I liked most was that the CoSupport AI team offered us the solution that we needed the most at this time. We’ve just launched a new product and we're about to launch another one. We needed to summarize our previous experiences to make some assumptions and to see our perspectives on these new products. The CoSupport AI team offered us CoSupport BI, which quickly became the everyday tool for departments such as sales, marketing, product management, and customer service. What do you dislike about CoSupport AI?

I’m not sure what to write in this piece of the review. Everything was fine, from the intro call to the current moment when we use CoSupport BI for our company’s benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoSupport AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’d rather focus on one of CoSupport AI’s solutions that we use on an everyday basis. It’s an AI tool that integrates with other tools; in our case, it’s Slack. It works like a chatbot that you can ask data related questions. I can use a couple of questions I ask CoSupport BI regularly to have a generalized view of things: 1) Which parts of our platform cause the most frustration for our users? List the top three based on the most frequent support requests. 2) What is the most requested feature by our current users in their inquiries to the support team?

So, an AI assistant provides information based on the sources to which we provid access (they are our knowledge base and databases on the back-end side).

The most valuable thing is that every team member interested in analyzing data can use this tool. Since any knowledge of data science is needed, the BI tool can be used by different specialists from different departments.

The tool is also capable of creating content, and we use it on an everyday basis for writing texts (for emails, social media, our knowledge base). For example, it helped us to create a social media post for LinkedIn about our product launch on ProductHunt. The post brought us two potential leads.

To sum up, our team uses CoSupport BI to gain deeper insights of processes (primarily) and content creation (additionally). We benefit from new insights that are the basis for improvements, in customer service in particular. In addition, our team saves plenty of time on the creation of texts of both types: the routine and more creative ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CoSupport AI?
