It does seem more streamlined than ProCalc and less cumbersome. Therefore, the customer is presented with a more glossy and visually esthetic program. What do you like best about CoStar Lease Analysis?

The fact that it autofills property info and lease rates into the lease analysis instead of having to manually enter the basic info yourself. It is easy to compare lease options for different properties and you can save these reports, making it easier to retrieve or revise later on, which you cannot do on services like RateBlend.com Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoStar Lease Analysis?

The user experience could be better. I get confused at times when entering the rent schedule. It doesn't address after tax analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
