However, there’s one feature I wish the website had: the ability to send a personalized message with the gifts through email to send at a scheduled time and date. It would be wonderful to easily include a personal note or link to each recipient via the site. The best part was everyone being able to select their choice of gift. From the feedback we received, everyone really appreciated that feature. I wish that you had the option to ship to international receipitants (London for one example) as I have several folks that do not live in the United States. The User Expereince / email format could be a little more engaging. Reporting could be a little cleaner not just an excel file. And autonomy to self manage would be nice, I feel that i have to rely on my account manager for everything when I could pretty easily just do it my self. The portal can be a little finnicky - not showing shipping/tracking data, showing free shipping but then charging for shipping anyway, having default text/unupdated in gift previews. Shipping can be very quickly processed or take a long time. Also, some of the prices seem like there is a substantial markup and you can find them cheaper at other retailers.
