What do you like best about Copper?

I've already recommended to several other people because of the ease of use, the Chrome extension, and the simple reporting that is readily available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copper?

There is no automated email function to individual people, but this can be fixed via the "Canned responses" function within Gmail which we have employed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Copper?

One of the biggest barriers to successfully implementing and using a CRM is making sure it's actually used. ProsperWorks makes using the CRM easy, and also provides ways to automate things so that you don't have to think too much about it as it works in the background. Prosperworks CRM is just as versatile as Google's integrations. It allows my company to API to many other programs, which streamlines our sales process. It's also so easy to customize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
