What do you like best about Assembly?

I appreciate how they bring together the various processes I rely on to manage a large number of clients. They provide nearly all the solutions I need to centralize my practice, while also meeting important standards for security, client experience, and office management. What do you dislike about Assembly?

Although they offer great solutions for workarounds on features that they do not have, I'm hoping that they are able to implement Rich text and HTML, for the client facing side of the secure portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Assembly solving and how is that benefiting you?

I manage a professional tax and accounting practice, along with various other services for small businesses and individuals in the financial sector.

Assembly has provided effective solutions for my accounts receivable, billing, and collections processes. They have also streamlined my lead management by centralizing the process—from capturing marketing leads, moving them through a sales funnel, converting them, and then managing ongoing client relationships.

Additionally, Assembly assists in delegating tasks and delivering relevant information to my existing clients, supporting growth strategy marketing and helping to upsell internal clients with new products and go-to-market strategies.

Project management is crucial for ensuring that the work sold meets deadlines and milestones as required by our product offerings and deliverables. In my industry, it is essential to follow precise steps to guarantee proper processing and authorizations, all while maintaining security and prompt communication between clients and Assembly administrators.

The no-code tool is especially valuable for beginners and non-developers like myself, allowing me to launch my business efficiently. The cloud storage solution also adds convenience for both my firm and clients, reducing the time needed to deliver products on demand.

For the best customer experience, ease of use between admin and client is vital to my business’s success. I cannot afford to chase clients during the busiest times of the year, as time is money. What do you like best about Assembly?

I really like how clean and simple the platform is, which makes it easy to use. I also appreciate the numerous integrations offered, which expand its usability with tools like Stripe, Airtable, and HubSpot. Another big plus is the ability to white-label the platform as my agency or for my clients, elevating the client experience by keeping all pertinent information in one place. What do you like best about Assembly?

We've been really impressed with the ease of access and how we are able to present information to clients. We originally purchased the platform because it was an easy way for us to manage how we share information on final files with clients, and now we use it for much more. We needed a singular place for final file storage for clients that simplified that management process. We chose Assembly because it also offered simplified project approvals, which means our projects don't get bogged down in email. What do you like best about Assembly?

What do you dislike about Assembly?

The price is a little high for what it is... Features I'd like to have that would make it more valuable to me:

- Ability to edit contracts in the software so I don't have to re-upload a new one every time I notice a mistake

What do you like best about Assembly?

I like Assembly's simplicity compared to other platforms. It's definitely very good, and I found it easier to navigate. The initial setup was really easy, and it's a beautiful setup platform. What do you like best about Assembly?

I love the ease of which my clients can see and navigate all essential documents for our project. As a website and graphic designer, we are constantly working on projects for existing and new clients. Each project comes with needs for contracts, signatures, approvals, and more. With copilot, our clients can see all of their tasks in one place- with deadlines! Plus, it makes it so much more convenient to go back and find important information with it all being right there.
