Set up takes patience and trial and error. But this is part of the customization process, and is not a tech issue. Customer service is fantastic. As a subscriber, you're assigned an Account Manager and that person is available as required. You're able to create multiple campaigns, so you can vary your message and the audience you're trying to connect with.
