While Copilot AI is a strong tool, I found that it wasn’t the best fit for my specific business needs. As a sourcing firm, our added value lies in highly personalized candidate outreach. While I was curious to test it, I realized that automation in this context doesn’t fully align with our value proposition. Everything in my entire experience, once I got into the platform, was extremely poor.

Their team still refuses to acknowledge past meetings and conversations that were held - they refused to cancel my subscription on my first notice to them in a meeting on January 9th - they charged me again for the subscription that was never used - and their product itself is extremely limited in basic capabilities.

Be warned, their TCs list that they only need to walk you through an implementation call and toggle your account on to charge you - and despite what comes next (lack of promised capabilities, other basic capabilities such as contact or org blacklisting) will refuse any type of return or refund from that point forward - even if the subscription was never used.
