What do you like best about CoordinateHQ?

We absolutely love it! Even a few of my clients are looking into it for their businesses. It has made keeping up with each roadmap way easier. Not to mention, it’s super easy for our clients to use. I am looking forward to watching it grow as we continue to use it daily. The customer support is fast and thorough, but with a full gallery of tutorials, you rarely have to reach out. The guides really helped us implement and generate new ideas for our internal business systems. What do you dislike about CoordinateHQ?

"We've noticed that some integrations require customization by Rick and his team, which takes time. It would be great to have more built-in options available. What do you like best about CoordinateHQ?

The unique approach to client access is what sold us on Coordinate. Clients don't need to manage accounts and logins and connect with us seamlessly. Our clients have embraced our branded portal and are uploading files, participating in discussions and making it so much easier for us to communicate and audit our workflow. What do you dislike about CoordinateHQ?

Nothing. There are a few features that need some beefing up like forms and task prioritization but the support team is super responsive and always adding updates and new features based on customer feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CoordinateHQ?

Love the customer service, Even when there is seemingly not a way to change something rick always finds a way to customize the portal so that it works the way i want it to. We are able to create a customer initiation process that is spesific to each client. All my integrations are easy to connect. Coordinate makes it easy to make your userexpierence feel bespoke and personal. At first i was worried about my customers getting lost in the system but now i am confident with a few helpful pointers it will all feel intuitive to them. I am launching my application process at the end of this week and it only took me 3 weeks to throw it together. it would be less but my system is pretty complex. Honestly its a great deal for what is being offered. this is going to really change the way we throw craft fairs, get payments, sell our online classes, and more. What do you dislike about CoordinateHQ?

the colors you can choose are in RGB rather than HEX and that is a little annoying. i am used to the HEX codes. There is really not a lot to complain about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoordinateHQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Facebook has many scammers that is why we needed a portal. We are a craft fair company running 9 inperson events and 2 digital events all over the country. We are using corrdinate to be our client portal for all our application process. We have some peopel who get parking some people dont. We wont be spamming everyone with constant emails. We are having them pay us through the portal and automating a confirmation of payment. I am connecting to Typeform because our apps are quite complicated. we hope to in the future beable to just send short forms out to our vendors in portal to see if they want to join events rather than doing a whole new application every year. We will eventually migrate our classes onto this portal as well. We are integrating our sponsors and food vendors into the portal as well so the whole team can be informed of the status of each vendor/ sponsor for each event. What do you like best about CoordinateHQ?

Coordinate's deep integration with Zapier and their white-glove service has been a game change for me. I am able to process and complete double the amount of projects than I could prior to implementing Coordinate with our business.

It's enabled us to fully automate our customer intake process, which was completely manual. It's a major time saver for us!

What do you like best about CoordinateHQ?

Coordinate has provided a tool that even my most non-tech savvy clients have been able to use easily. It creates a simple, yet robust way to share project progress, information, and discussion all in one place with our clients. Then has more features on our side of the tool for ease of organizing all our client projects, reporting, and integrating it with other tools we use in the business. The customer support is unmatched and they are releasing and updating features within the platform on a regular basis. What do you dislike about CoordinateHQ?

There's nothing specific that I dislike about Coordinate. Whenever I've wondering if something could be done or a feature added, their support team has been extremely responsive and helped me to either be able to do what I needed to do right away or have made note of the feature request and actively work to add those in. What problems is CoordinateHQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Many of my clients wanted to have clear line of sight for what they needed to provide to us for their project and updates on milestones on our end as we complete their project. What was shared before in weekly emails is now available to our clients at any moment by them simply opening their project in Coordinate. We have tried sharing our client projects within a previous project management tool with clients to give them that similar transparency on their project status, but they often found that tool too confusing for them to navigate so they wouldn't use it. What do you like best about CoordinateHQ?

The coordinate team has made a wonderful API that has allowed our team to tap into the software's full potential. Unlike many of their competitors, the API is read and write, allowing our team to push changes back into coordinate. My team has a Tableau instance for visual analytics, and we can use the API to tie in information from coordinate with other software proprietary to our industry. This is a game-changer. I've had the pleasure of speaking with my lead engineer and coordinateHQ's CEO rick on a phone call, and I can see the passion for analytics and integration with the API in the conversations he had with me and my team. I do not doubt coordinate will continue growing in popularity given the principles the company and its founders run on. Rick and his team have also been very responsive to any questions or concerns I've had. Any company can do a good software demo up front, but few companies can back up that support after you subscribe. CoordinateHQ can, and does. They have added a few key features my team requested as an early adopter of the software, and been very responsive to questions or concerns we've had. What do you dislike about CoordinateHQ?

Based on how we use the tool, the SLA for the uptime isn't a deal breaker for us, but for some larger companies that demand a 99% uptime SLA, CoordinateHQ's SLA will not currently be a good fit. The tool is growing quickly, with new features added all the time. I do not doubt that the SLA could increase as the tool grows, but its something corporate clients might not be able to accept. In my previous fortune 25 job, I was only allowed to select software with a 99% uptime SLA, luckily that isn't the case where I work now, and it hasn't been a problem - just something worth noting. I work for an AV Integration company as the Sr. Project Manager. I also have a background in Data Analytics as a Business Process Analyst & Tableau developer from fortune 25. When I came to this small company as the first project manager on board, I saw that we were keeping clients in the loop with long email threads and excel spreadsheets. Our clients demanded more - and as our projects grew in complexity, and our company grew from 3 employees into the double digits, we needed software to keep everything flowing. Allowing our clients to know we were in control of our projects, and for us to hold our clients, and other trades accountable to the tasks they needed to create. When I saw Coordinate's tagline "Its not your fault - but its your problem" I was hooked! When I disocvered the API would allow us to push and pull from the software into our Tableau dashboards, I was even more thrilled. This allows coordinate to contribute to our organization's overall business intelligence, keeping executive leadership in the know. When I started here- my work phone rang off the hook day and night. What do you like best about CoordinateHQ?

It's easy to use -- there's no steep learning curve like some other software. They are constantly evolving their product and I can see those changes weekly.

What do you like best about CoordinateHQ?

As a company that relies heavily on seamless client interaction and efficient project management, we've found Coordinate to be an exceptional platform for both initial setup and ongoing work with our clients. The level of professionalism and brand consistency Coordinate has brought to our business-client interaction is extraordinary. The custom-branded client portals not only gave us a unified brand image but also added an impressive level of professionalism in our client interactions.

One of the aspects we truly love about Coordinate is its collaborative project management feature. Having a centralized source of information has ensured that everyone on our team, including our clients, is on the same page. This has significantly minimized miscommunication, improved project efficiency, and enabled us to focus more on the creative and strategic side of our projects.

We save SO MUCH time thanks to, Coordinate’s reusable project templates. We have an ever expanding set of repeatable processes that we have implemented in Coordinate -- the templates enable us to deploy complex workflows with the push of a button. Inefficient Communication: Before Coordinate, we were heavily reliant on emails and spreadsheets for managing our projects and client communications. This often led to miscommunication, missed messages, and difficulties tracking progress. Coordinate's centralized project management system ensures everyone has access to the latest information, which has significantly reduced miscommunications and streamlined our processes.

Efficiency improvements: Coordinate has given us automated tools for following up on tasks and updating clients on progress. This has all but eliminated the need for manual updates, saving us a considerable amount of time.
