We absolutely love it! Even a few of my clients are looking into it for their businesses. It has made keeping up with each roadmap way easier. Not to mention, it’s super easy for our clients to use. I am looking forward to watching it grow as we continue to use it daily. The customer support is fast and thorough, but with a full gallery of tutorials, you rarely have to reach out. The guides really helped us implement and generate new ideas for our internal business systems. The unique approach to client access is what sold us on Coordinate. Clients don't need to manage accounts and logins and connect with us seamlessly. Our clients have embraced our branded portal and are uploading files, participating in discussions and making it so much easier for us to communicate and audit our workflow. Love the customer service, Even when there is seemingly not a way to change something rick always finds a way to customize the portal so that it works the way i want it to. We are able to create a customer initiation process that is spesific to each client. All my integrations are easy to connect. Coordinate makes it easy to make your userexpierence feel bespoke and personal. At first i was worried about my customers getting lost in the system but now i am confident with a few helpful pointers it will all feel intuitive to them. I am launching my application process at the end of this week and it only took me 3 weeks to throw it together. it would be less but my system is pretty complex. Honestly its a great deal for what is being offered. this is going to really change the way we throw craft fairs, get payments, sell our online classes, and more. Coordinate's deep integration with Zapier and their white-glove service has been a game change for me. I am able to process and complete double the amount of projects than I could prior to implementing Coordinate with our business.
It's enabled us to fully automate our customer intake process, which was completely manual. It's a major time saver for us!

Coordinate has provided a tool that even my most non-tech savvy clients have been able to use easily. It creates a simple, yet robust way to share project progress, information, and discussion all in one place with our clients. Then has more features on our side of the tool for ease of organizing all our client projects, reporting, and integrating it with other tools we use in the business. The customer support is unmatched and they are releasing and updating features within the platform on a regular basis. There's nothing specific that I dislike about Coordinate. Whenever I've wondering if something could be done or a feature added, their support team has been extremely responsive and helped me to either be able to do what I needed to do right away or have made note of the feature request and actively work to add those in. The coordinate team has made a wonderful API that has allowed our team to tap into the software's full potential. Unlike many of their competitors, the API is read and write, allowing our team to push changes back into coordinate. My team has a Tableau instance for visual analytics, and we can use the API to tie in information from coordinate with other software proprietary to our industry. This is a game-changer. I've had the pleasure of speaking with my lead engineer and coordinateHQ's CEO rick on a phone call, and I can see the passion for analytics and integration with the API in the conversations he had with me and my team. I do not doubt coordinate will continue growing in popularity given the principles the company and its founders run on. Rick and his team have also been very responsive to any questions or concerns I've had. Any company can do a good software demo up front, but few companies can back up that support after you subscribe. CoordinateHQ can, and does. They have added a few key features my team requested as an early adopter of the software, and been very responsive to questions or concerns we've had. Based on how we use the tool, the SLA for the uptime isn't a deal breaker for us, but for some larger companies that demand a 99% uptime SLA, CoordinateHQ's SLA will not currently be a good fit. The tool is growing quickly, with new features added all the time. I do not doubt that the SLA could increase as the tool grows, but its something corporate clients might not be able to accept. In my previous fortune 25 job, I was only allowed to select software with a 99% uptime SLA, luckily that isn't the case where I work now, and it hasn't been a problem - just something worth noting.
