We use cookieyes to comply with GDPR on our website. Even as a non-technical person, the UI is intuitive enough for me to integrate and manage cookie consent. Additionally, there are lot's of step-by-step guides & resources available on how to proper set everything up in combination with Google Tag Manager and the likes. While the UI is simple, you can still do some pretty sophisticated stuff in the settings if need be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A real-time customer support would be great. I submitted a question via the chat and it took them about 24 hours to get back to me. My questions was perfeclty answerd, so if there's anything to critique, it would be great to not have to wait 24 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Had an issue scanning the site, they helped via email really quickly. Easy to edit the styling of the popup. We swapped to CookieYes because we were using Complianz and consent mode didn't work. Their support was really unhelpful. Within 15 mins we were setup with CookieYes and consent mode now working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The site scan didn't work immediately and part of their suggested resolutions are to pay for a higher tier to access additional features which I didn't like. I signed up to CookieYes to manage my wesbite cookie banner, which was really easy to do.
Unrelated to that, I started receiving emails from about Google saying my Google Consent Mode hadn't been activated even though I thought I'd done everything I needed to. The support team at CookieYes were really helpful and after a few emails back and forth, they resolved my issue and showed me how to check that GCM was working on my website. The support received was outstanding. There were several issues getting the GCM2 integrated due to the caching service we use, however the support was amazing every step of the way. Replying within 30 minutes during working hours with solutions and help as well as working with Nitropack (our cache provider) to figure out the issues and resolve them over a couple of weeks. As it took some time to figure out the issues i was given an extended trial period to ensure the service was working fully before paying for the product!

The service's interface is easy to use, even for someone who isn’t technically skilled or an experienced website developer. However, the clear and understandable tutorial videos were very helpful during the setup. Additionally, when an issue occurred, the support team quickly resolved the problem I caused during the setup (I activated the service with both the WordPress plugin and Google Tag Manager, which caused a JavaScript issue).
