I love they way it helps businesses improve communication and productivity by providing a centralized location for communication, real-time chat and messaging, threaded discussions, file sharing and collaboration, improved security, and ease of use. What i don't like much about convo is its limited integrations with the existing business software and tools which sometimes makes our job harder and complicated. Also there is a learning curve for new users which can be exhausting and overwhelming for some. last but not the least, there can be certain cost issues with the tool for some businesses with convo's pricing plans being on higher side.
