Throughout my time using Contractor Compliance, my Support Specialist, Shane has been a huge part of the success of our contractor management program at Klein Tools. Shane has helped our company collect all of our contractor's Certificate of Insurance, W-9 Forms, and Health and Safety Policies by sending out individual emails to contractor companies. He is quick to respond to contractors that have questions. He has played a big part in listening to my ideas and executing them to the Contractor Compliance team. With any contractor management system, it requires loads of preparation to transition contractors into Contractor Compliance. For example, when onboarding contractor companies to use the system, contractors want to hear directly from Klein Tools since with this day and age, there is a lot of scamming and skepticism. It was an amazingly affordable solution on both ends that covered off what our company (and our clients' companies) needed to monitor safety compliance.

On the hiring contractor side, it's free, and relatively intuitive and easy to use.
