The software is incredibly easy to use, takes no time at all to learn how to navigate through the system and approve contractors. The same can be said for contractors uploading their documents! I have worked with some of the biggest companies that provide this service. I have found them to be very expensive and difficult to work with at best. Contractor compliance is very personable, and the staffing takes an active interest in allowing you and your company to succeed. I found their pricing structure very affordable and a great value for the service they provide. A big shout out to my onboarding representative and all that he did, especially with what I had occurring while we were trying to get this all set up. I met the team that will be my support team moving forward, and she is friendly and personable and will be a joy to work with. Managing contractor compliance with paper is never comprehensive and never complete, and you must consider all the follow-up resources on both your organization and your contractors. The tool manages deficiencies and notifies the contractor, and the dashboard informs you of the contractor's status.
