We proactively collect reviews from our partner brands customers with our phone review center, right here in our hometown of Tulsa, OK, USA! By not only relying on email review collection but also phone, video, and social reviews our partners to have high quality, rich content reviews that are highly indexed in search engine rankings. We recently released video reviews so Brands can leverage branded search visibility in the 2nd largest search engine - YouTube.

What do you like best about ConsumerAffairs.com?

They solicit reviews from your customers. It's always great to get more reviews from customers in more places. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConsumerAffairs.com?

.They are expensive. $2,000 a month for their reputation service. But the most egregious is they auto renew your contract on you without any communication on it. Be warned, if you are trying them out to see how they work, tell them up front in writing you do not want to auto renew. We're now stuck with them for another year and the results aren't sufficient to justify the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They work on getting us reviews but quite honestly at the cost they are charging and the fact we are stuck with them for another year does not make it worth it. We get plenty of reviews on Google by ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ConsumerAffairs.com?

Consumer Affairs allows us to have an open forum with our customers, respond promptly to complaints and turn demoters into promoters. It also gives us a voice of the customer that we otherwise wouldn't have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConsumerAffairs.com?

I do wish that we could have more information on our business page or allow customers to sign up directly on consumer affairs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ConsumerAffairs.com?

Ease of use - the ability to solicit and aggregate all of your brands reviews in one place is invaluable. The platform allows you to monitor all reviews, responses and more from your consumers with ease.

Analytics - the analytics dashboard provides an in-depth look into what is being discussed about your brand across platforms and provides the information and feedback needed to enhance your brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConsumerAffairs.com?

The biggest concern i have with this product is the same concern i have with all of the other products similar to Consumer Affairs; the time it takes to post reviews from the consumer. The lag between when the review is given and when we are able to respond can lead to a decrease in resolution rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest value we have seen is the third party validation of your brand. By utilizing Consumer Affairs as our reputation tool we are able to provide a non scripted and unbiased view of our brand values for the consumer to make an educated decision as to why choose us and become a brand advocate.
