What do you like best about Conga CLM?

Conga CLM offers significant advantages in ease of use, implementation, and integration. It has the best streamlined process for the contract. Conga CLM is also integrated with quoting process of conga as well, we can integrate conga CLM while creating the contracts with microsft word and it can be integrated with different e-signature tools like conga sign, adobe sign, docusign. Conga CLM gives us the better understanding to manage the documents associated with contracts. We can publish it and made it stored in the cloud as well.

Conga CLM has ability to create complex contract templates with dynamic salesforce fields, clauses, section and also provide condtions to hide and show based on objects fields and its related objects.

Conga CLM helps customer with creating the agreement, generating the document, reivew it for legal team then send for signature to the client and then can we used as a contract for a particular purchase.

Conga CLM excels in user-friendly contract management, with strong customer support and frequent updates, enhancing efficiency in legal workflows.

What do you dislike about Conga CLM?

While Conga CLM offers many strengths, it does have some downsides. One notable challenge is the complexity of advanced customization. Conga has provided Fixed process and workflows for particular process, We have not much advanced customization on the CLM Part like callbacks and metadata settings.

There is a quite challange for the User training to create the templates for the contracts as it require a techincal person to have all the understanding on the salesforce and word end. User training needs more time instead of other products like conga contracts.

Conga CLM is not able to handle complex templates which requries third party integration and it is not useful when their is more dynamic things while creating the template.

The pricing is much higher as there are multiple users need to be purchased who needs to use the software. So costing needs to be taken in consideration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Conga CLM?

It is a user friend product, the documentations are easy to access and having detail step by step process to achieve the functionality which helps in implementing the use cases. As a consultant Conga CLM is Easy to Use. I am using Conga CLM on daily Basis to manage a contracts. while managing contracts sometimes I need to create a duplicate contract for that purpose Conga Provides Clone Functinality. What do you like best about Conga CLM?

There are many features and customization options in terms of setting up the Agreement object with Conga to generate templates. They are also consistently enhancing and adding features.

What do you dislike about Conga CLM?

Their support team is not always aware of the features /functionality/limitations which is frustrating when dealing with support on issues.

Conga X-Author (for Word 365) is visually engaging but not easy to find functions/options within the app and often glitches in the middle of working.

Their product documentation needs work - it does not provide extensive overview on correct setup/usage steps. More involvement of Conga team when exploiting new features /enhancements on existing implementations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Conga CLM?

One of the most powerful feature of Conga CLM is Automationa capabilities. By automation the whole contract lifecycle -from creation to renewal.

Some users little bit worried about UI to be a bit clunky and not much user friendly. When working on larger nuumber of contracts or documents, the application sometime slow down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
