I love the organization of Confluence. I can search for information and learn more about topics that I'm struggling with understanding. Anytime I have a question, I refer to Confluence first. I also enjoy how I can create and content too. Not only is Confluence a resource to learn more about my company's software, it also houses all sort of information for new hires, the team mission and values, and even information about out health beneftis. The Analytics part.I can review the most popular content and most active users.The calendar is also very helpful because we can turn COnfluence into a project manangement system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the platform is very slow when knowledge base pages have a huge amount of data. Hopefully in the future we can have a lighter interface that can handle the huge amount of data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So easy to categorize and document and also link pages to one another. The additional features and templates to best present and collaborate are perfect. Also, I can link confluence to other tools such as Miro, Jira, etc which makes my work very easy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy it is to use. We have many teams at my company and a lot going on. Confluence has allowed us to create an inter-company website with all the important informatio for employees. There isn't really anything I dislike about actually using confluence. The only thing that comes to mind is that sometimes the search doesn't seem to work that well. But if the pages are well organized, it's usually straightforward to find things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At times, it becomes dificult to manage multi user environment, and start behaving slowly. Even tabular views, diagrams, visuals can also be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All of the works and presentetions are stored at central locaiton. which makes it really useful tool that allows sharing information to another user easyly. Updating information is also easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a little costly, and features are similar to what google files can do for you. Making changes while another person is making changes is not supported. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Confluence supports my company of 4000 employees by allowing all teams to maintain relevant information/docs within each page, which is also easily searchable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI can be a bit more aligned to the current standards but again, that's not a showstopper at all. Apart from this, there are no negative points to Confluence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It houses all of our info and spells it out very clearly when you need to look up internal policies and procedures. It can house lots of information and be accessible across the entire company. It's also helpful when you receive notifications via email when someone updates a policy or wiki in general. It helps you understand and stay up to date - what policy was changed, at what time, and by who. Sometimes it can get annoying because when new people on board you can be bombarded with emails but you can manage notifications so that you don't receive those emails. The platform needs to expand its search functionality - it can be very difficult to find the exact item you are looking for. In an effort to mitigate this I have created bookmarks for all pertinent info to my role within Google Chrome. Notifications can be a bit much at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Confluence is great for documentation. Our company uses to create "How to Guide" which is great because everyone will know where to go to find information when they have questions they can easily go to confluence.
