We love how the Conduit team actively listens to our feedback and collaborates with us to enhance their platform. The standout support from team members Conrad, Paul, and Robert, along with their one-on-one meetings to understand our needs, has exceeded all our expectations. The platform itself is wonderfully user-friendly, with excellent location-specific customization options that make it perfect for our needs. The ease of implementation was incredibly simple and very self-explanatory, allowing us to quickly integrate it into our operations without hassle. What's been particularly valuable is access to metrics we've never had before, giving us unprecedented insight into our operations. Our carriers have given very positive feedback, stating they love the ease of making appointments, updating ETA's, and rescheduling. We've even pushed the platform beyond its intended use cases, and the Conduit team has responded flawlessly to these challenges, demonstrating their exceptional flexibility and support capabilities. Conduit, is easy to use. Collects pertainent information, and displays it in a way that's easy to read and understand. We process between 25 and 50 trucks a day. I can understand what kind of shape we are in a minute or two:
Home screen offers five options on how to view data. Also offers a summary.
1. How many trucks are scheduled.
2. How many orders are ready.
3. How many trucks have shown up.
4. How many trucks have yet to show.
5. How many trucks are in detention.
Favorite part is they worked with me to build a custom report that can be downloaded at the end of the day.
We download the report and add it to running spreadsheet that keeps track of all shipments throughout the year. We used to type this information manually, which took hours a day. Now we can download and upload in less than five minutes.

I like that carriers/vendors can schedule or reschedule their appointments. The time saved from answering emails and voicemails is considerable. Sometimes you end up playing phone tag or you're rescheduling a delivery multiple times, but that is no longer the case. Frustration has dissapeared since implementing Conduit. Conduit works with your company to make improvements. We had a need to implement changes that were causing us problems. One example was not being able to send pictures in the driver chat. The Conduit team quickly implemented this feature. I am please with Conduit's drive to keep improving their product for the consumer. The customer support form Conduit is top notch. Unable to reschedule an appointment from the actual appointment, i.e. if it needs to be moved to another date/time, we have to cancel original appointment and start with a new. Being able to reschedule from original, we would be able to see that this has been rescheduled rather than having to add notes to the new Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Conduit has helped us tremendously to see all warehouse activity at a glance. We can check anywhere and anytime the status of inbounds, outbounds, etc. It helps direct man power, schedule your team appropriately and manage the dock allocation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
