What do you like best about Condeco?

We have been using the Condeco system for over a decade now and one of the most important features I like about Condeco is being able to customize a report based upon a specific purpose. For example, we can run a report on the overall usage of our conference rooms on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis. In the report we can customize what we want to see, i.e. how many times catered meals have been brought into the conference rooms per day, how many meetings have been booked per day, etc. I also appreciate how quickly a reported system issue is resolved by simply emailing the Condeco Support team. Condeco provides one of the best customer services in the industry – with professional, courteous, and knowledgeable team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Condeco?

Glitches seem to happen often so I constantly have to clear the cache – sometimes this helps and sometimes it doesn’t Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Condeco?

I enjoy the ability to run customizable reports to track usage etc. I love that I can change the features of my reservable spaces to fit my companies needs. Being able to adjust room capacities, room configurations and st up and break down times was a big help during the pandemic. The custom booking notification emails have been a great tool for reminding users of protocols, being able to update emails based on changing policies etc has been beneficial. What do you dislike about Condeco?

I do wish there was an option for global admins to recieve booking notifications for combinable spaces, with out them being 'mangaged' spaces that need booking approval. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Condeco?

Condeco is a great way to book your work desk in the office, especially now with the pandemic changing the way we work, making hybrid work more common. Furthermore, I thoroughly enjoy the way you can view the map of the office in which you're using to book your desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Condeco?

While condeco is very streamlined, it can have its problems in terms of speed, especially with the mobile app of condeco. Furthermore, it sometimes fails to recognise your work desk area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Condeco?

The mobile app is easy to use. Having maps for location reference is great. Having an Add-in for Outlook is good. Auto Check-in is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Condeco?

Scheduling Meeting rooms from the Web App or Mobile App doesn't talk to our Office 365 Recourses to reserve them. If someone looks at recourses in Outlook, the rooms still look like they are available. It would be best if Condeco was tied into our Office 365 tenant and check the recourses from these platforms, instead of just relying on Condeco servers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Condeco?

The desk booking on the web and app are easy to accomplish. With our office returning to work in a hybrid format, this software has helped our staff with planning when and where to book desks and see who will be in the office for collaboration purposes. Also, the software is data-intensive which helps us see the best way to use our current space. Support is very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Condeco?

The interface could use a little refresh and tightening up. It can take some time for some to pick up on the functionalities, especially on the admin side of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Condeco?

Condeco is a very straightforward, easy to setup solution for resource booking. It's very user-friendly and easy to use for virtually everyone. The desk layout booking is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Condeco?

The app could use some work. Quite a few of our users on Android and IOS have complained about bugs within the app, to the point where I've recommended most people to just use the desktop site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Condeco?

The system's ease of use for scheduling has made it easy for individuals to understand and utilize it. This simplicity has proven to be very popular within departments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Condeco?

1) The Excel Spreadsheet used to develop the bulk load could be more professional/user friendly. Something other than Excel if the spreadsheet needs to be used multiple times across departments when not implementing all at once.
