Organises our desk booking and car parking needs well. Simple to use and most users are pleased with their day to day tasks needed to keep their bookings up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The presentation of the GUI is quite outdated, and the updates post-COVID are minimal and really add nothing to the interface to make it feel like a 2020's product.
The support website that Condeco maintain is also a little screwy: the login process is long and non-intuitive, and the presented cases that belong to your account are not user-friendly to follow history on or to see responses from agents.
That's leaving out the fact that though Support is quick to respond, they lack the knowledge to follow up problems in an organized, timely fashion with a satisfying outcome.

Outlook add in can book desks and time slots that will automatically change and update for everyone else. Its quick and easy to use and not to complicated for newer users to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that once everything is setup correctly there is not a lot of day-to-day maintenance to allow people to book resources across our support campus. The software control panel can take a little getting used to with regards to navigation but it's a minor issue as you become acclimated quickly. Condeco Support team has been very helpful for us when we had to troubleshoot issues. Even though there were hiccups along the way the Condeco support team made sure the software was working for all of our organization's needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The initial programming and setup were difficult to import. There is a big learning curve for setting up the specific requirements our organization needs. The mobile app can be extremely buggy at times, in cases not working at all and users have to completely reinstall and reauthenticate to work. In the web app, it can be very hard to find what I need when I am doing basic admin tasks like permanently booking out desks, adding/editing existing resources.
