The mobile app can be extremely buggy at times, in cases not working at all and users have to completely reinstall and reauthenticate to work. In the web app, it can be very hard to find what I need when I am doing basic admin tasks like permanently booking out desks, adding/editing existing resources. There's both the browser and app ability to find, book and work with spaces. You can book offices and desks; on your browser, you can use a feature to book portions of the day. You can also see the names of colleagues you'll be sitting near or around and find others easily. You have a daily check-in and check-out feature. You can view offices and the floorplans in full. I wish you could view who was sitting where from the app when booking a space. Since you can only do it on your browser, it needs pre-planning if you want to sit near your colleagues and forgot to book a space. It would also help if you could open the booking screen and select to view the floor plans right from the welcome page or screen Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
