There's both the browser and app ability to find, book and work with spaces. You can book offices and desks; on your browser, you can use a feature to book portions of the day. You can also see the names of colleagues you'll be sitting near or around and find others easily. You have a daily check-in and check-out feature. You can view offices and the floorplans in full. I wish you could view who was sitting where from the app when booking a space. Since you can only do it on your browser, it needs pre-planning if you want to sit near your colleagues and forgot to book a space. It would also help if you could open the booking screen and select to view the floor plans right from the welcome page or screen Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Organises our desk booking and car parking needs well. Simple to use and most users are pleased with their day to day tasks needed to keep their bookings up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The presentation of the GUI is quite outdated, and the updates post-COVID are minimal and really add nothing to the interface to make it feel like a 2020's product.

The support website that Condeco maintain is also a little screwy: the login process is long and non-intuitive, and the presented cases that belong to your account are not user-friendly to follow history on or to see responses from agents.

That's leaving out the fact that though Support is quick to respond, they lack the knowledge to follow up problems in an organized, timely fashion with a satisfying outcome.
