Top Rated ConceptDraw DIAGRAM Alternatives
This is a fantastic tool. Unequivocal. In addition to the native features Conceptdraw offers "Solutions" Some of these come pre-packaged with the program while others are available to be imported via cloud into ConceptDraw. There is a large collection of free options and there are also reasonably priced paid Solutions. If you have a specific project that you are working on, you can easily retrieve these from the ConceptDraw Store. The "Store" is an app you can install with its own interface or you can use their website for purchases. The store app is also where you retrieve system updates. I think a lot of users start with programs like Visio and ConceptDraw. I did use Visio and a few other tools but I started using ConceptDraw after first using ConceptDraw Mindmap. These tools can be used together and with CD Project. ConceptDraw can be used to supplement MindMap where you want an end point with much greater detail. In the same way it can be used for a reference point in Projects. While you use this for planning out physical space, information modeling etc, it can also be useful with clients and presentations. While it is difficult to replace Keynote (powerpoint) presentations, this is a great option to either supplement or in some specific cases, use as an alternative. I would really like to be able to import structured data such as from Numbers/Excel or even csv. Even a text list with markup or even just text with tabs or returns. I believe this is an area where ConceptDraw has a future and if AI could be developed with it that would make it exponentially more powerful. For example: using one of the existing "Solutions" importing data into such a solution using intelligent associations with structure and graphics. Minor pet peeve is that in the Store the price is not listed on paid solutions. You have to click the "Buy" button to go to their website to see the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ConceptDraw has been an excellent suite of tools used for preparing our customers with brilliant solutions to IT projects over the years from MyNew Technologies’ first inception of Concept Draw Office 2, in 2012 as we have sought the best tool to use in a pure MacOS environment. With its current version of ConceptDraw Office 5, we are able to continue providing high quality project management layouts and IT systems drawings for our customers.

Currently we do not have any dislikes for this suite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The variety and use case examples is unparalleled. Plus the graphics are great. Designed from the ground up to be cross platform. We are a Mac shop so this feature alone is a prime driver. Constant additions to the suite are almost overwhelming.
Ease of use - intuitive is an understatement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Licensing and upgrade policy is confusing but it has gotten better over the years.
I have used Diagram where I previously used CAD to construct processs flow diagrams. Not all templates allow cross-over or cross-under depictions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a application that is full of features and add-on templates. User interface is a standard ribbon one, as is a standard today. Some features are fantastic as Presentation maker and that is a very rare feature, not to say unique to this application. Thera are lots of adjusting options for any design object on diagram. There are few main problems with this application.
1. pricing policy is one of the strangest one I saw until now, and I0m not sure if is made in that way intentionally, I don't like it.
2. additional templates are always welcomed but to pay it once more after I paid application itself. Not to speak about prices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ConceptDraw PRO provides a wide variety of tools for your use in creating professional business diagrams. It provides well over one hundred different templates for you to use as well as over one thousand different stencils. ConceptDraw Pro also provides you with exporting support to Microsoft PowerPoint and even Adobe Flash, giving you and your presentation a wider variety of options to suit any audience and situation. This software can also be used to design blueprints for buildings with their various add-ons for extra support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far I have not experienced anything wrong with this software. No bugs or glitches were detected when I use this software and even if the were, their updates would have surely fixed them. Though it may not be free, it is worth the buy because of all the uses that it provides users with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As for me, I do not dislike anything about this software because it is so good for my project at any moment in time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I LIKE THE ABILITY TO DESIGN TEMPLATES AND DIAGRAMS SPECIFIC TO MY BUSINESS NEEDS, THE EASE OF USE BEING ABLE TO DRAG AND DROP SEEMLESSLY, I LIKE THE EASE OF CREATE FLOW CHARTS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I DISLIKE THAT IT IS NOT WEB BASED, THAT WE WERE UNABLE TO SHARE WITHIN THE PLATFORM OF THE SOFTWARE WITH OTHER USERS AND THAT WE WERE UNABLE TO WORK TOGETHER FROM REMOTE LOCATIONS, I DISLIKE HAVING TO SPEND ADDITIONAL MONEY FOR CONTENT AND TEMPLATES Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Conceptdraw Diagram and Mindmap are great tool for highly flexible diagramming requirements, be it business, educational or industrial diagrams. Mindmap tool on the other hand is a great accessory to capture ideas to brainstorm, organize them into structured information and notes. Integration with MS Visio, Office and Evernote is seamless. I would like to add thse key points as pros
1. Minimal wide and yet highly functional drawing canvas.
2. A large host of ready made solutions for any business and industry diagram requirements.
3. Seamless integration with MS Visio
3. Vast library of templates, themes and graphic elements.
4. Great export features including svg and eps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Learning curve and over whelming set of tools and options ( pro and con in one)
2. Minor high DPI scaling on my 4k monitor. Some sections looks too tiny. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
